I just had something similar happen to me just now. Logged in to my DS/Dark MM and my tier 1 and 2 powers of my primary do not work. They were there in my tray but, for lack of a better term, grayed out and unusable.
Logged out and closed the game. Started it back up, logged back in to the character and now all is back to normal.
Weird.

I seem to recall there being a thread made, while back by Avatea (or someone) about veteran reward.. issues or something like that.
Tried looking, but couldn't find anything.. might be the thread got axed with a forum purge or whatever.
I don't think that was related to this, but stranger things have happened I guess.
I noticed another strange thing last night that may or may not be related, however. I looked in my list of powers and, lo and behold, what should I see but two costume-type powers I don't remember seeing there before. One was for a Freakshow boss and the other was similar but some other boss costume. I looked at their description and at the end it said something like these were a thank you for joining them at Comic-Con and some other convention-type thing. Of course I've never been to either but there they were. I put them in my tray to try to use them but they were grayed out (all other powers were off).
Sounds kinda related, no?

Makes me wonder what's causing it though, as don't think anything out of ordinary has happened so.. *shrug*
As for the vet rewards, recalled the thread since it had.. something to do with them, about some issues with granting them? Can't remember really, as it's been a while since i saw it.
So i launched the game, logged in, chose a server and upon arriving at the character selection screen saw that the store was once again up.. with a 'buy Going Rogue' button visible, which i thought odd, since i've already bought it.
Well, not thinking too much about it, i chose a character (my namesake, a level 50 Dark/Dark Scrapper) as was planning on pounding down some Fake Nemmies in PI for an accolade.
As soon as i load in, hello veteran rewards.. i mean, i got hit with several of them, bumping me from 33 months to 57 months.
Now, after scratching my head for a moment, i noticed that my booster pack granted powers, ie. Mystic Fortune, Self Destruction, Secondary Mutation, Mission Transporter, etc were all greyed out and unusable.. like i didn't own the packs (or something), despite having said powers in my trays.
So being at a loss on what to do, i decided to log out, hoping that it'd clear out the weirdness that was going on.. and it apparently did, as re-launching the game and logging in, the button (or whatever it was/is) to buy Going Rogue was no longer there, so after choosing a random character, i load in and.. nothing, no veteran rewards were granted to the character and all my pack powers were usable once more.
Now, decided to hop back to my namesake and lo and behold, he still has the veteran reward badges, though he too can now use the pack powers.
So.. the reason i'm posting this, here is that i'm somewhat unsure what i should do here.. as in should i just ignore the weirdness? Make an in-game petition? Contact support? Something else?
