No, it's only for a single character. The purchase in the Paragon Market, though, is account wide and works into the Character Creator (the other, on the other hand, can't be used until you enter the game on the character).

Quote:This. While the CPU can limit your performance, you would have to go down into the neighborhood of Atom for it to actually really start being a concern. I wouldn't be surprised if the recent Celerons (why the hell does Intel still have so many lines? Just make them all iX for the consumer space!) had no trouble feeding a high end GPU for use with CoH.Not completely true. GPU choice is affected by the resolution and AA level you want to run. Also, CPU these days is much less of a limitation. A Sandy Bridge Core i3 2100 would work quite well for most games.
At least as long as you're not trying to transcode video at the same time... (my core 2 duo seems to be incapable of playing back a blue-ray movie in real time without stuttering!)
In retrospect, just copying the rip to my MBA would have been the far easier solution... but that just makes too much sense... *facepalm* -
Could have just been an oversight... Maybe /bug it in game. I can't think of any mechanical reasons why it might not be practical.

Just an FYI: You get the tokens at the end of the month, like how Vet Rewards worked. This isn't how the Devs wanted it to work (they wanted the entire sub to be front loaded), but that wasn't exactly working by the time they launched. Hopefully it'll be coming before too long.

Quote:I was factoring in the downtime afterwardsMath alert: 60 hours.
Spend 2.
Wait 20 hours.
Spend 2.
Wait 20 hours.
Spend 2.
Wait 20 hours
Spend 2.
Since you start and finish with the spending events, you only have to wait for the timer 3 times. That was totally intentional, duh!

Just an FYI, Burnout does not recharge Incarnate/pool/Patron/APP/inherent powers. It only recharges primary/secondary powers
-
When you respec you won't need to select Fitness power pool, as you get all those powers for free at level 2 (you can still slot them like normal), so you got 3 extra power picks now.
(I'm sure someone else will come along for the actual build advice shortly)

Quote:Ah, makes sense... just a warning, there's a 20 hour timer after you purchase anything with a-merits before you can make another purchase! So at a minimum, that'd take 80 hours (/4 days-ish) to blow through them all.Yeah, (fake) money isn't really an issue, I just realized I had accidentally stockpiled 8 A-merits on a character that I want to take red side for the patron powers. I figured I'd blow through the merits on stuff I needed rather than money makers, but... meh.
I'm sure you've got some builds out there that could use various things like a LOTG+Recharge or other smexy IO like that. Never can have enough of those!
(says the person with zero slotted!) -
If you're willing to be a bit creative, you could just use the 1/2 A-Merits to buy a high-demand item (like LotG +Recharge), then sell that and use the sweet, sweet, blood money to buy the Doctored Wounds (crafting before selling will net you more inf, but take a bit more effort and time).

The same person you normally talk to to start the task force. Paragon Wiki always says the current one(s) on the main page.
-
-
Since they don't do any sort of 'talking' emote (unless they manually do it...), you've no way to know whether they're actually talking with an NPC, or just standing there. Personally, I wouldn't like if they replaced them with a generic NPC... that wouldn't sit right with me!

You must be Tier 3 to be able to use broadcast. Check out Paragon Wiki's page on Paragon Rewards. You can see where you are by clicking the 3 rising stars icon in the main game/character selection (or going to menu -> Paragon Rewards while in game).

Quote:If you're a student, you can get it directly from Microsoft. Although, since it's an Upgrade license, you'd need at least some disc of an older version of Windows (IIRC, I've not manually reinstalled an Upgrade copy since the days of XP)... but, it's Professional and not Home/Home Premium.Where can you get a windows 7 license for $30? The cheapest I've found is a Win 7 home premium OEM license for $89.

There's been a few reports about a small rise since Freedom launched. If they're using tells, that means they've either found a loophole in the system, or they're paying $5 to unlock it... if it's the former, the Devs definitely need to fix that ASAP... if it's the latter, with any luck they'll not get anywhere close to enough chumps to make the continual investments of $5 worth it and will give up again.

There's a setting in options to adjust the delay in showing the tooltips (first tab), that might be set very high. I, also, believe there's an option to disable showing them altogether in the options, so that might be it as well.

Ugh, I hate updating Mids (the UAC admin isn't necessarily the current user! don't put the start menu shortcuts into the local elevated account's start menu!). It needs to also stop assuming the Program Files directory is writable, as well as the appropriate location to store settings :-/
Spring Attack appears to be within a half a point of the RN display in game (Mids: 93.84, Real Numbers: 93.98- both for Scrappers).
Fly, in game, is also 0.46/s, same as the other travel powers. -
Quote:It would appear there is an update! (950 vs 951) I'm updating now, and then will compare the Mids' numbers to Live's Real Numbers and post hereMid's released an update already after their first i21 version citing changes to Spring Attack(and I see it went up). Is it still wrong? I was thinking it might be.(and if anyone else wants to tack onto that answer, wasn't Fly lowered far lower than 1/sec end? Mids shows 1 still)
