clarification on Astral Merit unlocks pls?

Ok, I just realised I have a bunch of merits. Lots of Astral, not so many Emp. I'll be buying the Incarnate slot unlocks for a couple of characters, but what are the Aura and Cape unlock vouchers for?

Are they similar in manner to the unlocks on the Market that give you access to normal capes and auras at lvl1 instead of having to get to lvl 20 and 30 respectively, and do the missions? If so, these are quite redundant for me, but if they unlock specific other capes and auras that I maybe don't already have, then that's kinda cool.

TLDR: I bought the Cape and Aura unlocks from the Market, are the Cape and Aura unlocks from Incarnate vendors now a waste of my merits?

They're for unlocking the ability to use capes and auras at level 1. I don't know if the Astral Merit version of the unlocks are account-level or character-level, but since the Market version is account-level then yes I think it would be pointless.

thanks guys. I couldn't see what exactly they unlocked, and you've just saved me wasting those merits.

Now the other unlocks, with the astral merits, Like the chest emblems, and the costume change emotes, and the ascension armor are Account wide. so once you buy them on 1 character, you have them forever on all characters. even brand new ones you make.

yeah, I only have 1 Incarnate character right now, but already used him to buy the rainbow path aura for another one. In case anyone else is reading this and wondering about this though, I'll remind you: the Ascension Armour does unlock for all characters on your account, but only one they reach level 50.

I saw emotes but they're not there anymore. /collapse and /swoon if I remember. I finally hit 50 and got some merits but now they're not at the vendors in Ouroboros anymore.

They are account wide unlocks. Did you unlock them previously?

Also, make sure you don't have any "Hide" options selected.
