I'd try /petitioning it in game. Seems like a GM would have a much better chance of being able to help with an issue like that.

These percentages and everything are a little confusing. -
The cap is 95% chance, and that's what pretty much everyone aims for (I've never seen anyone trying to get a 75% chance to hit with a power).
Assuming a power with standard (1.00) accuracy, these are the % accuracy enhancement required (buffs/debuffs will impact these).
+1 : 65% : +47% accuracy enhancement
+2 : 56% : +70% accuracy enhancement
+3 : 48% : +98% accuracy enhancement
+4 : 39% : +144% accuracy enhancement
The formula I used was:Code:An example (lets do for +4, at 95% chance):( (desiredChance%) / (baseToHitVsLevel) ) - 1.00 = (percentageAccuracyNeeded)
1.44 is equal to 144%, which is the amount you want to boost by..Code:.95 / .39 = 2.44 (rounded up to the next hundredth) 2.44 - 1.00 = 1.44 accuracy enhancement

The Weekly Strike Targets are posted in this thread. You can also view the current / next WST on the main page of ParagonWiki (the box on the far right).
I don't think they send out weekly emails saying the current Strike Target.
Edit: Weird, there isn't one listed for this next week... did they forget? Is it secret till tomorrow?

Compared to before these changes? Even though it was AS that was buffed, the buff really made you less dependent on the weird mechanics of AS to be able to get acceptable damage. I didn't pick up Placate on this character, and I often don't bother to open with AS (it's too slow on a group unless there's something REALLY hard, or REALLY dangerous), especially in groups.Quote:I am concerned about the fact that the entire AT is all about one attack though....

He likely meant /wdw_save, /wdw_load, /chat_save, /chat_load.
You can put underscores wherever you want in slashcommands, they're only for stylistic purposes and are ignored for the command itself. I'd imagine you (Ironblade) know that, though

I rolled a StJ/EA when I resubbed a couple weeks back (I resubbed to get the "free" PP to buy StJ with) and... holy crap. Like you said, the difference is absurd. My very first character on either side was a Nin/Regen Stalker... and even after many issues, I still had trouble soloing loads of harder bosses. I hated playing the character. I kept rolling Stalkers, and they kept feeling weak.
Now? My StJ does crazy damage, and I feel like I can actually scrap right alongside Scrappers, Brutes, and anyone else that uses melee. Disrupt is also a great power, it turns minions into drunk Energy Drain fuel

When you create a new character, it loads the default chat tabs. I could see them turning it into an 'Echo', which has the current PvP zone with nukes and such. That'd probably make it a bit nicer to get to, since you can just port to Oz.
As for what's in its place? I've got no freaking idea. Maybe the next SSA will reveal that (will that even be coming out before i23?). Whatever happens, I partly hope they just don't ignore that aspect... Even if they merely turn it into an Echo. -

But yes, yes I was. From the little bit I played, the continuity makes absolutely zero sense. Massively botched time-travel-changing-the-time-line result game? (even though I enjoyed the movie, it made no sense as well... the events of TNG/etc could have never possibly happened, unless you're going to claim that THAT timeline that they came from was also the result of people meddling with the past to destroy the sun or whatever the hell it was)
Quite frankly, I'd totally go for a Stargate MMO (or a Starcraft MMO...), it would seem like it would be well suited for an MMO universe of interconnected worlds. You've got a variety of races and factions, and you've got a good first expansion already lined up (go to Pegasus!). Oh well, they would have probably completely botched it anyways. -
Seems like that'd be a massive amount of work, although it might make the MM attacks a bit more appealing. Personally, I tend to not bother with the attacks, they're often not that appealing... Demons being basically the only exception (it's a WHIP!!! plus, nice -res).
I kinda doubt they'd put actual in-game NPCs in as MM sets, seems like the type of thing they'd not want to do. -
Not counting subscription (and pre-freedom character slots)? Zero. And I've gotten multiple new powersets, various costume items, and not sure what else!
I still need to buy something from the market so I get that 1 reward token for spending any money there... one day!
