I wish there was. On one character, I accidentally picked the buff pet that looks like the targeting drone instead of the one I wanted (one of the ones that looks like a Clockwork). Of course, in another few levels, it won't matter, because I'll stop bringing out the buff pet....

It seems to be all characters on the account. Even brand new ones.
Weird. Hopefully it will get straightened out soon. -
Mine's broken the other way. I just recently earned the 30 month Veteran rewards, but when I logged on today, I had 33-48 granted to me. And my account status says I've earned up to the 54 month Veteran rewards.
I've already bug-reported it. -
I've got a different sort of 'bug'.
Not too long ago, I earned the 30 month veteran reward (actually, I had to /bug it to get the reward, as it was a week or two late, but I digress).
I log on today, and all of a sudden I have the Veteran rewards for 33, 36, 39, 42, 45, and 48 months. There's part of me that is saying "don't complain", but I'm ignoring it.
I didn't earn these veteran rewards. Is this part of the same bug affecting others, or do I need to /bug it separately? -
Do the repeatable missions from Borea in the Rikti War Zone have a lower chance for Pool A recipes, or am I just terribly unlucky? (also, does anyone know of a contact who offers repeatable Circle of Thorns missions heroside?)

I feel bad for the people who bought the two BotZ pieces I put up on WW's in the last few days.
No I don't. I needed the Inf. :P -
Lady Jane was the trendsetter for Dual Pistols blasters running into a pack of mobs and dying.

Quote:I took it the other way. As in "If you like the way they look, hang onto them, because we're getting rid of them."It sounds to me like they may just be giving the Mission Computer a purpose... or have plans to get SOMETHING attached to it Soon™. Maybe something to do with the upcoming Incarnate Zone Events/Levels?
But your idea has more merit. -

While we don't know what exactly the Incarnate levels will provide in terms of bonuses, or exactly how they will be acquired, I think that there are some things that can be predicted.
Someone will complain that it's too easy to get.
Someone else will complain that's it's too hard to get, or is a slap in the face to casual players.
If Incarnate bonuses are broken up by archetype, someone will complain about why archetype X doesn't get Y. (The corollary to this is that Redside will complain that Blueside has it better/easier.)
If they aren't broken up by archetype, someone will complain about that.
And there will be obligatory "Why do I have to do this to get Incarnate levels?" (Included in this is the whine about having to buy Going Rogue.) -
Hrm.... I could see having a lowered part of one (or more) rooms for where the subway cars go, but I'm not sure what you'd use for the subway tracks. (I'm at work, so I can't play with the base editor right now. Alas.)
It sounds like a neat idea, though. -
You know, it would be nice that if the Mission computer was removed from Control items, it would be placed in Decorative items.
-
I swear that I saw a post saying that the Mission Computer was staying around, but damned if I remember where it was. Regardless, I plan on putting one in my base just because it looks cool.

Quote:The fact of the matter is, we don't know what Incarnate levels will do.But don't forget that these 10 levels are the start of the Incarnate system - as more levels are added, there's going to come a point when Incarnate players are either going to stop using the system because it's giving such tiny, pointless boosts, or they're going to become too powerful for the current highest difficulty setting.
Will they directly buff stats (damage, resistance, defense, etc.)?
Will they be add-on power sets (like APPs/VPPs)?
Will each "Incarnate level" give us X many points to buy things from a list?
Will they require things besides XP, and will those things influence what we get out of the Incarnate levels?
We don't know.
It could be that GR and I19 will give us a total of 10 Incarnate levels, and the "rest of" (as opposed to the "start of") the Incarnate system will be to add a wider range of Incarnate abilities that we can buy. Or new events to earn Incarnate levels. Or....
We just don't know.
And until we do, the whole back and forth of "No, this is how it's going to be" and "Nuh uh!" is pretty much pointless. When the devs want to give us more information, that's great. But don't get all wound up in one direction, hoping that's how it's going to be. -

The ambushes I hate are the ones where it's someone else's mobs.
There I am, minding my own business in the south end of Skyway City on my mid-teens Defender, when a couple level 40 (or so) Malta Group decide to say hi.
And they said hi to me a few levels later in Talos Island. -
There are also supposed to be Alpha and Omega costume sets available with the Going Rogue Complete Collection. No idea if those are already seen in the screenshots though.

Quote:There are a ton of existing decorative items in various missions that would be great to have as decorative items for bases. Who knows how long it will be before bases get really looked at again, though. Frankly, I don't expect it until a month or two after Going Rogue launches. That's where all their focus is right now (not that I blame them for that). How about the large CoT portal item? The one that spawns the Behemoth mobs? It would make a much nicer stargate in my Stargate Command room than what I'm currently making do with, heh. And since its already an existing item in the game, I'm hoping it wouldn't be too hard

There was (don't know if it's still there) an AE mission on the tiny casino map, where the instant you zoned in, the mission was done. No enemies, glowies, or anything.

Yeah, I've had that happen before too. It's rare, but it should be easily corrected.
