I just resummon after every zone. Annoying, yes, but my OCD Demands it.
-
To be honest, I can't recommend Stone Assault... Mainly because it lacks a damage boosting power. (Build up or Aim.)
-
No and no, unfortunately.
You can however use Mace and give it the Baseball bat skin. -
They won't be changing any of the nukes due to the Cottage rule...
But honestly. I love nukes, and I wish I had one on every character. -
Mainly my question is how big a help would FF do for Ninjas. I remember hearing that they have inherent defense, but I don't know how much excatly.
-
I'm pretty sure the Fitness pool is being REMOVED COMPLETELY from the game.
-
Stupid question but: Are you exemplared?
And try SOs or higher leveled IOs? -
Power customization for AE Mobs.
Power customization for all pool powers.
That's all I want. -
The animation for the mace ranged attacks are rather silly, considering that all the other ranged attacks in the game involving a ranged weapon animate in half the time.
It doesn't really take that long to point the mace at the enemy and shoot... -
I went with Assault/Tactics on my Mercs/DP MM because the 2% defense that I'll get from Maneuvers isn't really enough to warrent spending that much endurance on.
-
To keep the enemies in the patch at least.
-
Nah, Energy transfer is stronger. And for Scrappers, Greater Fire sword.
Forgive me if I'm wrong, but this is about what I think it is.
GFS: 2201
Inferno: 2721.5
Blizzard with average scourge: 2927.925
Blizzard with full scourge: 5005
@ -300% Res
GFS: 6603
Inferno: 8164.5
Blizzard with average scourge: 8783.775
Blizzard with full scourge: 15015 -
Lightning rod can't crit.
Also, Inferno from a Fire Blaster does the most damage if it's DoT sticks while he's at the damage cap.
EDIT:
Inferno does 2721.5 damage at the damage cap if the DoT sticks.
The highest non-nuke attack is a scrapper's Greater Fire Sword with Fiery embrace and a crit at 2201 damage. -
It was only one part of my dream, but my alarm woke me up before I saw too much of the notes.
I saw part of the AE changes, and one of them was a new feature that lets you scale lower leveled enemies up, and change their powers.
I was scrolling down when I got woken up and was like, "Awww....But I wanted to see more!" -
Yes, God modes on NPCs are the reason why I rarely give my custom mobs in AE God modes.
What i'd like to see is most of them reduced a bit. Maybe about half of what the players have. 50% Resistance to all execpt psi when at low health is a lot better than 95% res to all that a lot of the mobs with unstoppable have.
Elude mobs are a bit trickier... Everyone usually has diffrent opinons on how much accuracy you need. But there's a few elude mobs out there that you can't hit even if you chomp 10 yellows. I'd like to see their powers get reduced a bit so you still have somewhat of a chance to hit them.
They also need to give the mobs the new MoG instead of the old one... -
Hasten and Build up are overslotted, but other than that it looks okay. I'd take out the to hit slots and 3 recharges from Hasten. Also the recharge bonus in LRM is beyond the cap.
Do you actually have all these enhancements or is this a 'dream' build?
I would also recommend dropping M30 Grenade and taking Burst... your range ST damage will be seriously hurting without it. -
One advantage scourge has is being able to finish an enemy off with a weaker attack, allowing you to have your bigger attacks ready for the next target, or group.
Scourge is more strategic and requires a bit more thought.
I mostly like defenders better, because in a large team whatever damage the Corruptor is contributing isn't going to be that great, and Defenders have better values on all their buffs/debuffs.
Of course the Corruptor is ALWAYS going to solo better, while still being useful in a team. So it's kind of moot and more of a personal preference of play style. -
Arc ID: 445334
I've re-imagined the warriors in a slightly more difficult and bloodthirsty way. It may not fit all your criteria... but I think they're fun. -
How excatly do you want them to be redesigned?
Harder? Updated with more recent powersets? More expanded? Made for level 50s? -
For each Tier of Henchmen, assuming Tactics and Supremecy?
-
To be honest, I consider taunt to be largely useless. Punching them in the face has the exact same effect.
You don't even need to control EVERYTHING onto you, just the most threatening mobs. That minion and/or Lieutenant probably isn't going to kill that Controller, Blaster, or Defender.
At any rate, tanks can punch the crap out of stuff and still do their job thanks to Gauntlet. Maybe my Inv/DM spoiled me, but I've never had more than just a few minions run off, even after the blaster unloaded everything he had on the group. -
The only things that can knock you back are things flagged unresistable knockback. And those are so high magnitude in addition to being unresistantable that NO amount will help.
-
Why excatly is it better? Higher DPS or something?
-
I know this has been asked MANY times before, all I need is a confirmation.
Which one to take? I always assumed that scrappers skipped over the quick recharging one, but it seems different for katana? -
I'm not sure if the diffrence between resistable -95% regen and 50% regen is all that big anyway.
