Is Lingering Radiation and Rain of Fire enough slow?

To keep the enemies in the patch at least.

What Tangler said.

Just to elaborate though, I'm assuming you're asking in terms of whether it'll keep stuff in the patch long enough for RoF to kill them. For that to happen, LR + RoF does a lot of the work but you do need to also use Fireball/Fire Breath to help bring stuff into Scourge territory.

Once stuff is under 50% health, RoF will pretty much finish the job on most things

Hey Silas, I've got a question - what's the numbers of LR slow vs softcap slow anyway? Checked your guide on /rad, and you didn't mention its slow component. atm, I've got a bit of franken with slow sets to get a few bonuses and acc/rech/slow. Comment?

Yeah, that's an oversight tbh. I've since rerolled my Sonic/Rad into a Fire/Rad and I get much more use out of LR on non-AV spawns because the slow in conjunction with RoFs slow is good times.

That said, you don't need a lot of slow enh in it. It's 60% base, the -run cap being -90% so iirc an SOs worth will bring mobs to the slow cap. Or LR combined with another slow like RoF/Ice Storm/Rain of Fire.

So basically: Focus on acc/rech, a little slow enh is nice but not super important.

Am using this oppertunity to update my rad guide
