According to Mids, Golgis DO increases the -regen
I can't confirm or deny it in-game however.
Have no 50 poison atm to test it nor do i have a widow at 47-50 that could test it in poison dart.
I don't have a Golgi Hami-O....but I do have a DS/Poison MM....maybe if you could send me a Golgi Hami-O I could test it out for ya.... >_>

Freindly reminder: This relies on an exploit that Castle will be fixing as soon as he stops shrugging off feasible suggestions from the lowly scum of the general populace that aren't himself, so if you put in the investment to make a build rely on this Enhancement for boosting -Regen, it may be all for naught.
I'm not sure if the diffrence between resistable -95% regen and 50% regen is all that big anyway.

While this feature of Hami-Os (and set IOs) isn't exactly intended behavior, the devs have never really made an effort to remove it. In fact, when Mind Link was introduced for Widows not so long ago, Castle explicitly made it unslottable for recharge but accept recharge slotting from def/rech IO/HOs, and all-but-encouraged players to do so.
As such, I'd say that if you want to pack some more oomph in your -regen and you've got the cash for Golgis, go for it.
Rule number six of an empathy defender is NEVER underestimate a blaster's ability to die. I don't care if he has CM, Fort, both RAs, bubbles (both FF and Sonic), and is fighting next to a Storm defender with hurricane on. If there is a way to die in that situation, the blaster will find it.
3 Golgi's stacked furiously would only be the same as Lingering Radiation. No exploit here.

Slotting +Rech into a power which doesn't normally accept recharge isn't the problem, here.
