HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
(Does she still play?) -

Ooops. Didn't see the /bind add part.
And I don't like having Teamselect and SpeedBoost set to the same key. Currently, my /Kin has both SB and ID. ID is bound to NUMPADENTER. And then there's MysticF. I don't always want to cast SB on someone I select. Also, not everyone wants SB, but I've yet to find anyone who doesn't want ID. With the auto-cast, they'd end up with the unwanted SB. -
Yeah, there are many issues with vBB. It's a step above uBB, but not a big one.

Pepsiman runs through the Guardian global chat cannel nekkid, pees and poos all over, gnaws various body parts, and learned me how to milk the Minotaurs & Cyclops on the ITF.

If you're talking about Corva's New Power Icons, there should be instructions in the first post, and there should also be an alternative link to an installer.
If you're talking about Vanden's Power Icon Fix, AFAIK, it only comes as an installer. -
Similar to Ktisune, I use:
NUMPAD1 "teamselect 1"
NUMPAD2 "teamselect 2"
NUMPAD3 "teamselect 3"
NUMPAD4 "teamselect 4"
NUMPAD5 "teamselect 5"
NUMPAD6 "teamselect 6"
NUMPAD7 "teamselect 7"
NUMPAD8 "teamselect 8"
But for SB, I use:
ADD "powexec_name Speed Boost"
That's the + key on the Numpad. Makes it easy for me to reach, and remember. -
Guardian is a good server. We're silly. We're goofy. We love to have fun. And we're all one big family.

Dinner time Soon™, but when I get back, I'll send a PM.

Quote:Mental Image, my Archery/MM Blaster has Psi-powers. Though I've yet to unlock it, I designed a costume in AE for him where I use the Talsorian Bow to represent his mental powers being honed to the point that he no longer needs a physical bow.
P.S. still looking for a possible "seer" or Psi based hero with no hood... (want an unobstructed view of the face) from a design perspective I'm imagining a shot of them with fingers pressed to their temples and a far away look in the eyes as if searching for something. That's the idea for that panel @tm but it may change depending on if anyone comes up with something I can use or if the demands of the story/time constraints change it.

My Claws/Elec is sitting at 13 while I work on not getting yet another Level 50 Brute Or Scrapper (which is hard to do... >.<). It was a fun ride, and I look forward to going back to him.

Happy birthday, you terrorizing fiend!! -
Sometimes, a DNS Flush will fix this issue.
Close the launcher, press WinKey+R to bring up the Run menu, then type ipconfig /flushdns and press enter. -
Let the cries of DOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!! commence!!
Also: I have to agree that it's better to remove it and make it right, than to leave it in, and "fix" *cough*nerf*cough* it later. Lucky for me, this wasn't a selling point in my purchase of GR. -
You guys have never left my thoughts and prayers. Occasionally, I even remember to ask you how things are going....
I'll continue to keep you guys there. -
I'd post something that I created for an MA arc that was scrapped before it saw daylight, but it was just the wizard pre-made costume with custom colors. The only other thing I have that would fit is my SA/EM Tanker, Neolith, who was raised from the earth by magic, buuuutt...
I don't wanna hog the CR's FArts... -
Still pretty neat. I'd love to have leg & arm attachments like those.

UAC might be a problem (as pointed out in that thread). Dunno, because, as I said I would, I disabled it.
Anyway, I have a Logitech MX 620 mouse, and Setpoint. The Control Center Version is 4.80.103 and the Driver Version is 4.82.11. It works fine for me.
My mouse has 6 buttons: Left Click, Right Click, Middle Click, Front Thumb, Back Thumb, and Search. And I can "tilt" the scroll wheel left or right for two additional "buttons".
For me, Set Point the first option is Mouse Settings. It has 3 things: 1. Select Mouse, 2. Select Button, and 3. Select Task.
For buttons 4-8, under the image of the mouse, is 1a. Select Program. I clicked the Manage Programs ... button under that, and in the window that popped up, I clicked Add ..., and browsed to cityofheroes.exe. That then allows me to assign buttons to do specific things when cityofheroes.exe, i.e. the game, is running.
I also went to Mouse Game Settings, and disabled Game Detection.
I hope this helps. -
When I had issues with Market Lag with the old market, I chose a zone that wasn't very busy, espeically at the market. For Heroes, I used Kings Row. For Villains, I used Sharkhead or Port Oaks.
When I was playing a Hero, I also did one other thing: I accessed the market from the back room of WW. I'd go back there, move to where I was far enough away that selecting one of the NPCs near the doorway to the main area wouldn't open the market UI and select them, move forward so that I was up against the wall, pretty much behind the NPC but still in the back room, Page Down to bring the camera in to the default zoom, and click on NPC to open the interface.
I passed this tip on to a friend who used to play and was on dialup. He found that it was an enormous help, and he almost never DC'd while opening the market. -
I think that map is now used in a couple of Carnie missions...
