Not particularly useful to monitor, IMO. It's actually Threat multiplier, not your actual Threat level (since Threat is on a per-critter basis). You have an inherent Threat multiplier, and there is very little that alters your multiplier; Super Speed, Superior Invisibility, Group Invisibility, Invisibility, and Phase Shift are all I can think of, each reducing the multiplier by 1.0. -

Well, its the text on the heading of the Powers Window.
It will open a lot of data, and you can chose the ones to display. I think you can select up to 9 items (someone correct me if it was changed).
My normal setup is:
1) Current HP
2) Current Endurance (or Stamina, brain is fuzzy right now - wine)
3) Endurance Comsumption
4) Endurance Regeneration
5) Influence
The last options I change according to the toon... Common choices are:
a) XP to next level (except on 50´s)
b) Damage Bonus
c) Endurance Bonus
d) Recharge Rate Bonus
e) Flying Speed
f) Running Speed
g) Last To-Hit
h) Defense/Resist values (normally on Tankers/Scrappers/Widow)
i) Threat Level -

Can take almost any kind of role, from buff to debuff to tanking to healing to damage... -

Both with the same players (me and two friends)...
Both with lots of storage space, all telepads and med-room.
After we covered the pratical details, I was encharged of designing the rest of the base, according to the theme we decided...
50% of the base is streamlined, functional and organized. The other 50% I used to vent my creative skills, trying to keep a theme on each of then.
All the prestige was gained by the 3 members, at the rate they (we) wanted to use. No stress at all.
I have friends on other groups, and the coalition was made with then... and from time to time I catch a new coalition member with the new groups, to help then a bit with our telepads... -

Maybe I didnt got the right word... sometimes my brain gets fuzzy when I translate what I want to talk from portuguese to english, as some words we have here dont have the same meaning you guys have on the english language.
And when I talk about my brazillian heritage, it means that, despite all our problems (and they are many... we have a lot of bad traits too) culturally we like to have good relationships with everyone. We feel good having friends everywhere, and caring about our friends, and sometimes people dont understand that, and the depth we can go with it. I am pretty sad about those that didnt understood that, as I got some heated flames here.

I normally do ITFs taking from 1 to 2 hours, depending on what shaped my mind at the moment.
I am know to be an assembler of "special flavors" ITF, always choosing some kind of strange condition to the team... be it a focus on a single kind of power, on a single AT or even on a specific color for costumes...
As long as the "prerequisite" is ok, I dont care about the level of the players on it.
Only consistent rule is: No Drama, Have Fun. -
Well, I loved that Massively thing... I love when writers take up the mantle of their chosen theme and write roleplaying. I am almost dying to see what they will say when they take the role of the Resistance... I hope the same author would do that, so we can see how versatile is his/her skills.
For the Hitler discussion... If I had access to a time machine, I would try to change radically his life, trying to make him a person totally different. If that failled, I would then resort to mine his influence, changing his weight on the world. If even then it failled, then I would go to more direct and grievious acts. But I would always try for the thing that appeals to my heart first. -

There was once a very embarrasing moment when someone tried to "confess his love" for me (sometimes people can get confused, as I am always cheerfull and expansive and easy going - but that comes from my brazillian heritage)... and as I was on the middle of a hard TF, I mistelled and answered on Level 50 chat channel...
It was one whole day dodging tells asking with whom I was talking to... -

Two weeks ago I did one of those on a series of All-Single AT ITFs, on Guardian.
It was pretty awesome. Lots of minions died on it, but we were actually steam-rolling. And I loved the face Rommie did when he turned around to the healing nictus and asked why, with all those pets, he wasnt healing fast enough.
Rommie died faster than on the ALL-Blasters and the ALL-Scrappers runs... we simply ignored the nictus and pounced him. He wasnt prepared for 56+ people attacking... -
The day we are able to buy boosters on the game store, liek we do on Guild Wars, is the day we shall be set free from the clutches of LevelUP games.

Just to share with all brazillians and the other south american players that depend on LevelUp games for buying CoX and the booster packs:
I opened a support ticket with then, and just now they contacted me by phone saying that the whole responsability of their updating of the store rests on NCSoft. That they sell only what the NCSoft let then.
Well, I am not buying that. To me it seens only a matter of trying to dispose of my solicitation. But I feel like I need to bring this to light, if not only to make it clear how ethical they are, on blaming their business partners for their relapse behavior.
I will keep buying all of CoX line to all my accounts. And I will keep doing it bypassing the IP Block, as there is dozens of ways to do it. But a lot of customers here on Brazil are angry, and are getting more and more nervous with this situation.
The only ones that loose anything here are us, as a community. -

I also live in Brazil, and I was able to get the booster with no problem.
A friend who lives in the US bypassed the IP block easily, and I used my CC for it (International Platinum-class VISA), despite it being issued by a Brazillian bank.
You are probably getting some error based on the Credit Card and its allowed uses per day on the store. Let a few days pass, so the history resets, and try again.
Remember that there is always the possibility of a NCSoft store disponibility error, as it sometimes happens...
For those that dont know, the retailer on South America is incompetent, without updating the CoX items since the launching of AE edition. It seens that LevelUP games prefer to sell other games, from other publishers, that focus on the microtransation business model. I (and the whole of Brazillians CoX players) hope that, one day, NCsoft will ditch then and remove that stupid regional IP Block, as we Brazillians represent one of the most numerous potential on gaming. -

As always, everyone that depends on LevelUP Games (almost all Latin America) is in rage because of the stupid regional IP block, and the incompetent way that LevelUP Games ignores the CoX.
Their last update on the products was the AE.
Many of the brazillians that play this game had to use proxy servers to bypass the block.
Any ticket opened on LevelUP are closed without answers. A total disregard for costumers.
For how long we will be held hostages to those incompetents???? -
