An all MM ITF? (warning-possible dumb questions ahead)

I'm just wondering if anyone has ever tried to put together an entire team of MMs to attempt the ITF and if so was the TF completed?
I know for some people the lag might be too much, but for those with a system built strictly for gaming it shouldnt be too bad (except possibly in the caves of the first mish).
I'm thinking of trying to put together a team via the boards to run this with nothing but MMs (especially since few MMs ever get invited to attempt the ITF) but if it turns out to have 'ultimate fail' written all over it, well... I might have to rethink my plans.
Thoughts? Opinions?

i'd imagine that with an all MM team, no matter what your comp specs, it would be laggy as hell especially on the 3rd mission. might even cause people to crash. more so if most of the MM's are thugs and they use gang war at the same time.

The 2nd video is highlights from an old all MM ITF from long long ago. Many have done all MM ITFs. Depending on your computer, server, playstyle and time you run at, the lag might not be bad and might even be non-existent.

I doubt theres enough MMers on Onion to do this, but its something I would love to do.

and an All MM STF once GR is live.

Ever done the Operative Renault SF with a few MMs? The last room is a pain in the butt with its terrible pathing in the first place -

- Seriously. I've seen MMs take 5 steps forward and their pets decide that the fastest way to follow them is NOT to take 5 steps forward but to instead fly to the [censored]ing moon and back... aggroing everything in the room at the same time. Is it the MMs fault? Nope. You can have your pets on a very tight leash and then BAM -

but the waterspouts in the room will toss pets and players EVERYWHERE... it's funny, sad, and frustrating at the same time.

I'd suggest 7 MM and one scrapper with a bad attitude.

I know I resent fighting with the pets, sitting at the kiddie table, especially imps.

I think the heal nictus is going to be the main problem of an all MM ITF.. but I'm seriously thinking of trying that on my server...

Bring a poison MM or two. One of their debuffs smacks the target with heal resistance making them get less hp back from being healed.

if you had enough /dark mm you could just floor the tohit of everything as well so the heal nictus cant hit anything (especially if everyone is running leaderships and/or one of the mm is a /trap with FFG out or a /FF mm)

I was under the impression that the healing nictus had an auto-hit heal. If thats the case no matter how much +def or -tohit you stack it will still heal A LOT... Now I am a bot/ff so if it's not an auto-hit then I have no problem

Near as I can tell, the Nictus uses a strange AoE version of Twilight Grasp, that does indeed require a to-hit check. It may have a slightly higher than average accuracy, but in my own experience, teams with a bunch of high defense characters have shown a significant difference compared to those without.

Two weeks ago I did one of those on a series of All-Single AT ITFs, on Guardian.

It was pretty awesome. Lots of minions died on it, but we were actually steam-rolling. And I loved the face Rommie did when he turned around to the healing nictus and asked why, with all those pets, he wasnt healing fast enough.

Rommie died faster than on the ALL-Blasters and the ALL-Scrappers runs... we simply ignored the nictus and pounced him. He wasnt prepared for 56+ people attacking...

tl:dr Healing Nictus = To-Hit check
Mire Nicturs = No To-Hit check.

There are three Nictus on the Imperious TF. For lack of proper names I call them the Healer, the Spawner and the Mire.

The Healing Nictus fires an AoE Twilight Grasp. It requires a to-hit check. Every target it hits add to the heal. It can miss.

I am unsure exactly how the Spawner works. I am unsure if it requires a to-hit check. I believe the more enemies it sees the more nictus it spawns. There is some type of mechanism that removes spawned minor nictus as well. Obviously, killing them removes the minor ones as well but I've seen them simply disappear.

The Mire nictus fires an AoE power. The Mire nictus is auto-hit. I strongly suggest you do not stand in the mire nictus circle of despair. Defense does not matter in the circle of despair. Resists, however, help.
