here is a build I came up with. It has almost all attacks types soft capped including melee, aoe, range, and S/L.
Also has almost perma hasten by 3 secs. It doesnt have all of the pets but does have the patron pet. Perma Serum for the +HP.
I have the hacked (leandro) mids planner, in case you see something weird when you load it. It only has two mules, brawl and boxing.

off topic slightly, and my build is different, I have a SS/fire brute;
I have quit using Rage. I have enough recharge to double stack it but the down time on the damage just got to be too much of a PITA for me.
I always tried to keep an eye out for the blinking Rage icon so I knew when it was about to crash but sometimes I would miss it and jump right into the middle of a mob and could no longer do any damage.
I would stop attacking because why burn the endurance since nothing was happening (although the procs still go off). I occasionally use it towards the end of a mission (or farm) just to finish out quickly but seriously I dont run it regularly anymore.
I havent noticed much of a difference. -

here's the part about inherent fitness
Fitness Pool Powers are Inherent
Fitness Pool powers are now inherent powers granted to all new and existing characters starting from Level 2. All characters will be granted Swift, Hurdle, Health, and Stamina. These powers can be slotted and will accept the appropriate Enhancements.
Existing characters with these powers selected via Pool Powers will be able to gain the powers they have not previously taken via the normal leveling process. They will not gain access to any of the Inherent fitness powers until they Respec.
Upon using a Respec, the Fitness pool will not be selectable by the character and all 4 powers will be granted as Inherent Powers at level 2. This prevents issues with lost enhancements or slot allocation errors.
So if you dont have fitness selected on an existing character, then it becomes inherent, no respec needed? if you do have it selected then you will only get it after a respec?
Im just a tad confused, sorry. I have some freespecs right now that I can be using to remove fitness if this is the case. -
Please correct me if I'm wrong...
But if your character does not have stamina, he still will not have stamina when i19 hits. It's only after the respec that it becomes inherent. They cant make it inherent to existing builds even if they dont have stamina. -

It says +dam but I monitor damage in combat atributes, but dont see it increasing when FE is selected. Just thought I'd ask. I'm sure it is otherwise there would be tons about it on the forums.

Well most of my A-merits are on lvl50s. I do run them on a level locked 35 but I cash all those in the moment I get them. I could accumulate some and then roll for you. Maybe your luck will be better than mine.

So I have some extra A-merits I am thinking about selling off for INF.
Here's how I would do it to make a trustworth transaction for you.
You pay me for the roll beforehand. I make make the random roll at the level you ask for or buy a specific recipe if you want. I dont have enough for a purple or PVP, so dont ask.
I'll copy the text from the chat window and email it to you as soon as it happens and then give you the recipes.
/skeptic ......but you can fake the text of a crappy recipe beforehand and have the crappy recipe stored to give it to me.
In the case of the skeptic, I can have all of recipes cleared before the transaction and you can fill ALL of my slots with some generic IO leaving me room for the 5 recipe roll.
Now the question is how much is an A-merit worth to you? -

I have been sitting on a full bar for TWO days waiting for a hero morality mission to drop. I have been killing thousands of lvl20+. I have gone to Striga, Dark astoria, Terra Volta, farming BM, random killing everywhere, killing bosses, AVs, and I still cannot get the morality mission to drop.
On a side note, since the extended maintenance on Thursday, I have noticed this drop rate change. They changed something because my self rez use to recharge in time before i was automatically kicked to the hospital in a PvP zone. Now I get kicked to the hospital and the rez hasnt finished recharging.
Anyone else going through something similar? -
I guess you would need some sort of crappy combo that will be x10's better with purples.

Im Lazy, I'll admit it.
When I want something I get it. I usually buy crafted IO's for my alts and mail it to them as they are leveling up. The toon I mail from, has the memorized badges for all IOs. I can easily save the money and craft, craft, craft. But, I dont mind speading the wealth around.
I do however get pissy at the seller, when Im up to around 600k for a common IO and still havent won the item because I know how much it cost. At that point on Cyber Morals I refuse to pay anymore and will craft it myself and hope they get stuck with it lol.
Those sellers are price gougers, lol. Ebil. -

Im thinking of unshelving my dom he is at lvl30. What are your thoughts on this combo?
I remember starting this awhile ago (pre-i13) for PvP. But considering the changes to PvP and the fact that I sux at it, it wont be for PvP. With the changes to Dom's would this be worth it for most of PvE stuff.

I do it on several toons just to increase my rolls. I set missions to -1 for all toons I assume everyone already does this. I use my fire/rad, fire/kin, ice/em blaster, ice/em tanker and spines/dark scrapper. They are all pretty fast. I think my blaster is fastest honestly. He has stealth, so I position him next to a target, aim+buildup come out of hide with the TF (one down) then BiB (two down). Back to stealth and finish mish. If i get mezzed I use both tier 1 and tier 2 powers and they end up dead anyways..
I do however, hate when I get mezzed by malta or carnies. When the TIPs are not falling I just run those. On my fire/rad the mez doesnt last because of AM (although dropping HF + CC sux) but on the fire/kin its a pain. -
Last night I joined a CoP, the base leading it was Knights. HOLY CRAP, what an awesome base. I have never seen anything like it before. I shouldve taken some screenshots but was looking around at everything (got lost a couple of times) then the trial started and wasnt able to look anymore.
I probably spent around 20mins looking around and didnt get a chance to see everything. It was extremely impressive. I think it was the largest plot and everything was pretty much 2 floors.

I think I get 2 from vet rewards plus the one free respec from the release. I was going to retire 1 guy and wanted to pull everything off of him. He's purpled out with tons of uniques. I can only pull ten enhancements out at a time. I had already used one or two from different times I changed his build. Just wanted to post, I changed my brute around and boy what a difference. I went Pyre APP and added fighting. I pretty much left the sets like they were originally just to see how it did before I revamped the sets. I ran several farms with only one death which was my fault. I let my endurance runout and dropped toggles before I realized, I was dead.
FS+FB+burn+FS and everything is pretty much dead. I added a chance for knockdown in Fireball, with that and foot stomp, mobs are flopping everywhere.
Over 80+ fire resistance and 50+ s/l has made a huge difference. Thanks for the help. -
are we still limited to running 3 respec trials for one toon?

I know they do, I see them for sale. I've only had one drop to me since they originally came out. Are they on some extremely low drop rate?
