I woudnt say this is my best build although it has a lot of recharge and the endurance is okaii , just the fact it lacks some defence in my opinion. I have a few damage bonuses and the build contains some -ToHit debuffs, so it isnt all too bad.

Okaii and yes it was a genuine question.
I was just curious due to I have been on a few websites with people posting there builds and they use the word ******* sword instead of broadsword. -
Was the broadsword primary powerset for scrappers originally known as the ******* sword?
-
And yeah I know a MM soloed this
And a DB/Inv soloed it but she didnt show how she split the nictuses up on the video and she was in a team with someone else so you neverknow they could have edited it, although it shows her killing the AV's so thats still an awesome feat
Im just happy I did it , didnt expect too -
Completed the ITF with a two man team
Golden Cut: Claws/Regen Scrapper
Adamant Steel: Broadsword/Willpower Scrapper
The tactic we used for Rom was we both just killed Rom and then again and then once again. As he sacrifices a nictus each time only the healing one was left. So we both killed the healing nictus easily and then it was just Rom. There was no pulling tricks we just ran in there, stood there and mashed our buttons!
Alltogether the TF took 3:01
Killing Rom and the nictuses took about 10 - 15
Although we took about 40 mins thinking about how to
deafeat Rom
Just a cool thing to do so I posted it , I took a few screenys if anyone wants me to send in an email
Our Globals
Mine: @JeffJeffityJeff
Adamant Steels: @Angry Man -
I also heard of a huntesman for arachnos spiders aswell
Not sure what that is got told it is a hybrid build sorta , whatever that is -
What could you simplify the VEAT's as?
I mean like this for example
Crab Spider- Invlun Brute/EnergyBlaster/AssaultRifleBlaster/mastermind
I dunno if thats correct but could you all simplyfy what the VEAT's are like
the bane spider
crab spider
night widow
fortunata
so could you all do that please?
and I was thinking about using them for pvp I think crabs are mainly aoe so not that good in pvp but can you all say please -
Yeah I just went on a pvp moment with my fire/kin corrupter and yeah it kinda is a joke now. Probably would reccomend something like sonic instead for the defence reduction.
And yeah I would definately roll a fortunata for pvp, although these were all builds on the blue side.
Definately Agreed I really hope they take some of the changes back from i13 -
are you more likely to get a purple io if you kill elite bosses and arch villains or the same chance as killing a minion?
-
What's it like? It any good for pve and pvp?
I heard since i13 it is a lot better, what's it better for, more resistances or something?
So is invulnerability any good? I heard some invulnerability scrappers and tankers soloed the positron tf (eventhough you need 3 to start)
And I heard brutes with invulnerability is a well wanted brute to tank for teams, and I heard they have soloed AV's pretty easy
Is it any good, mainly for brutes as I wanna make a invuln brute
And I am thinking energy melee would go nice with it -
Do they need binds for their pets
Or any useful binds out there? -
Since i13 does any /regen scrapper not be as good anymore in pvp?
And won't super reflexes be a lot better now that defence is better for pvp since i13?
Am I right or wrong? -
You all know that this is a bunch of information I gathered from several sites, and I typed it all out in a 5 minute rush. I do not have an idea if it is right or wrong.
I was just posting it so I could get people to point out what is correct and not correct, and thankyou for those that did. Although I did call someone something un-reasonable lol.
Although everyone posting is this a joke and this is the worst advice ever, does that make you feel better, I don't think them posts are any better than mine to be honest.
Thankyou for those pointing out the wrong and correct, hopefully I can choose my Epic AT wisely when I hit 50.
As I said before I just typed out a bunch of info from several sites, not having a clue if it is false or correct.
Please don't bother posting anything on these forums saying peoples posts are a joke and that it is the worst post ever on the forum. After all does that make you feel better, does that make your post any better than what I had put?
I can't say my post was bad though, it is just a bunch of info, hoping people can point out anything correct and wrong, once again thankyou for those that did.
And General Panic, good luck with your HEAT's -
I am just totally wondering, what is fire/kinetics actually like in pvp?
I suppose you could spam transferance to drain there end and for the +self recovery
and maybe you could spam some other debuffs then let your holds and imps do the stuff
Is It Good Though? Or would any scrapper or blaster just beat them silly? -
I am making a katana/superreflex scrapper, I wanna softcap it so I want good defence
For Lotus Drops, it is pbaoe, which of these would be best out of these IO Sets
Cleaving Blow -
Set Bonuses
2: Increases Recovery by 1%.
3: Increases Energy Defense by 1.25%.
4: Improves the Damage of all your powers by 1%.
So I would get a little bit of Energy Defence, think the other set bonuses from the other IO Sets are a lot better though
Or Multi Strike
Set Bonuses
2: reduces the duration of Sleep effects on you by 1.65%.
3: Increases Fire and Cold Resistance by 0.95%.
4: reduces the duration of Stun effects on you by 1.65%.
5: Increases Area Effect Defense by 1.88%.
6: Increases Melee Defense by 1.88%.
I think that would be good as a lot of enemies use aoe and some blasters will use some aoe attacks in pvp
Melee defence would be awesome for both pvp and pve so Multi Strike would be a good choice
Scirocco Dervishes
Set Bonuses
2: Improves your Regeneration by 10%.
3: Increases Negative Energy Resistance by 3.13%.
4: Improves the Accuracy of all your powers by 9%.
5: Increases Area Effect Defense by 3.13%.
6: Increases Psionic defence by 3%
These would be good as I don't get much defence to psionic and the area effect defence is pretty cool, and 10% regeneration isnt too bad
Set Bonuses
2: Increases Recovery by 4%
. 3: Increases Fire and Cold Resistance by 2.52%.
4: Improves the Accuracy of all your powers by 15%.
5: Improves the Recharge of all your powers by 10%.
6: Increases Toxic Resistance by 5%
Should I just go for Armageddon and slot Lotus Drops 3 or 4 times though?
I am thinking I only wanna spend 3 slots on Lotus Drops really, no more than that though?
Anyone got any help please?
If not I might just skip Lotus Drops anyway, so eveyrones opinions? -
My friend is making a shield defence tanker for mainly just pure solid tanking to tank large mobs and each arch villains for the team
I got told with shield defence dies really easy though so what are the good parts about shield defence and the bad?
And his secondary he was going for SS for the rage and foot stomp and that he enjoys it
Or Dark Melee for the -acc on foes and the hp drains
So any info on Shield Defence and maybe SS and Dark Melee for Tanks please? -
I know you can softcap super reflexes for 45% defence so enemies have a 5% chance to hit you
say you was dueling in a 1on1 duel would other heroes and villains have a 5% chance to hit you? I know they would have insps and some to hit buffs powers and maybe leadership but would soft capped sr be good in pvp 1on1 duels? -
which one would be better to solo an av?
I was thinking fortunata for the troller holds, but also the night widow for the dps -
Ok, I wanna make one of these, but what is the difference between the Widow and the Crab Spider as these are the two I am planning to create. What do more people find fun and why? And what are they basically?
Is the Widow more like a controller or scrapper or warshade? or a blapper and a scrapper in one?
And the crab spider, all I know is they are AoE focused , what would they be more like? A scrapper and corr and dominator in one?
Need help please am confused with the new VEAT's -
Okaii the Cimerorean Imperious Taskforces have 4 missions
on the last mission you solo rom with his nictus pals
has anyone soloed this?
i heard a mind dom and a mastermind has
anyone else heard anything of soloing him?
i dunno if it was true a scrapper soloed rom and that a psi defender did any1 kno? -
a mastermind soloed the imperious taskforce :O
that could be done but I am not sure how he could get his pets to hold the nictuses or rom while he takes one on, unless he got him and all his pets to attack rom and beat him for DPS -
has anyone ever soloed an actual taskforce
I know there are not many taskforces that allow you to solo it, the only 1 I know of being is the mender silos tf
has anyone done this before on a tf, if so what build
and you could have soloed half of a tf or nearly all of it if people leave ur tf so there is that case aswell -
so in an IO set say for pbaoe damage for example you can get the scirroco dervishes set for pbaoe damage
one of them is a chance for lethal damage
so the chance for lethal damage would be considered a proc?
and each one of them is usually 7.5% chance, how much damage is it around though? -
I understand everything and thanks
Just what is procs and what does it mean -
