Super Reflexes
Well defence suffers from diminishing returns in PvP, but tohit starts off at a lower number. Pre I13 it used to be that defence was worthless in PvP but I understand that has changed now

SR is always an all-or-nothing proposition: either you look good or you go down in a blink. Unless you can push yourself well over the 45% softcap or reduce your enemy`s ToHit chances are that the latter will happen more often than the former in PvP against anybody semi-competent.

If it has eyes, you can blind it, if it has blood, you can make it bleed, if it has a mouth, you can make it scream.
Wouldn't it need to be higher than 45% in PvP? Mobs have a base 50% chance to hit, players have 75%.
Unless I missed something, somewhere.

Well, defensive powers give both defense to tohit and defense to accuracy now (elusivity??). so might not be as needed. dunno, i don't pvp any.

Hard to gauge as Elusivity is new and doesn't show up in Detailed Info of powers, so... uh, I don't know what else to say. I'll just go with "lolPvP" like everyone else.
For what I've heard from PvPers in channels ingame, SR seems almighty nowadays in PvP due to Elusivity, but they all take Elude and skip all form of AoE def.
I know you can softcap super reflexes for 45% defence so enemies have a 5% chance to hit you
say you was dueling in a 1on1 duel would other heroes and villains have a 5% chance to hit you? I know they would have insps and some to hit buffs powers and maybe leadership but would soft capped sr be good in pvp 1on1 duels?
