I'd go for a Night Widow. They put out some sick single target DPS and have -regeneration debuffs.

If you're after characters to solo AVs why don't you try a few out?

I gather from your past posts that you're interested in farming/PLing, so it shouldn't take you too long to level various characters to try. So make them, level them and try them yourself. Heck - half the questions about soloing AVs are probably answerable by 'it depends' - as they often depend upon playstyle, AT, AV, temps or not, etc - and you're better finding your own answers than believing the odd poster here.

You'll really not get much from the game if you keep asking for us to tell you what character you should play and which missions/TFs you should do...

I've recently been playing a Widow, having reached 24 and respecced I have to say that for sheer dps on single targets the Night Widow is the way to go, the -regen from Widow ranged attacks and stacked -recharge and -speed from Melee and Psi attacks can slow enemies to a crawl.
