    No, you are forgetting the doubled range on the heavy hitters like Blaze/Power Burst/Shout/Bitter Ice Blast/Cosmic etc
  2. Yeah, I don't understand what is going to happen - he says it will sustain when mezzed, but is that because the buff is considered a click? Does that mean people will have to continuously toggle on and off to apply the buff? When you get mezzed will blazing aura get shut off like usual (since it affects enemies) and make you lose the buff? etc.

  9. Well, that's a complex issue really if you think about it. They would have to shift it so people got threads instead of shards in regular content, taking some of the luster of DA content away. The weekly strikes would have less appeal than they already do outside of merits. etc.
  10. Yeah I agree a scrapper would prob work a little better, since I suspect you are going to use these powers as alpha strikes on a mob. Brutes get a lot less out of it that way - unless they run in and stand around for a bit or something.

    No they don't. On the right side of the window is a scroll bar with additional thread recipes, right below the shard recipes, for the exact same incarnate enhancement. You never need to use shards for anything, ever.
  13. I can't seem to find it in the costume creator. I've checked Helmets, Half Helmets, Full Helmets, Medieval Helmets, and Special Helmets. I've even checked Hats.

    I can see the 'rings' pieces in some of those categories but I can't find the bubble helmet. I can see it in the store, but for some odd reason I can't preview it in the tailor.

    Where is it?

    Repulsing Torrent is the one to avoid if you dislike kb. The animations aren't too long - they are extravagant so it just seems like it is long.

    Actually Arbiter Hawk also had seen my Energy Orbs powerset in the Archetypes and Powers General Discussion section many hours before I got it to the point I felt I could send him a PM for feedback, too.

    ...still wish this set could be used for a cheap (development-cost-wise) powerset expansion

    That could still happen. This is the initial Hybrid branch ideas. Every slot has received additions over time.
