To be more specific, your head needs to be set to Standard or Full Masks. And yes, the Bubble Helmet is under Detail 2. There is actually 3 versions of it. A version with just the bubble without the thing on the bottom, a version that has just the 'breather' part on the bottom front, and a version that has the breather and a ring that goes all the way around the bottom of it.

I wish there was some kind of search function for the character creator. There are a lot of pieces these days, and it's getting hard to remember what piece is in which category.

Clicking on the linked image above will take you off the City of Heroes site. However, the guides will be linked back here.

Only today I learned that there was a Phoenix tail. :/ I've been using the Phoenix wings for a while now, part of the Fire/Ice T9 costume set, and very cool looking... never realized there was a matching tail until today.
And I know the costume creator pretty darn well.

I can't seem to find it in the costume creator. I've checked Helmets, Half Helmets, Full Helmets, Medieval Helmets, and Special Helmets. I've even checked Hats.
I can see the 'rings' pieces in some of those categories but I can't find the bubble helmet. I can see it in the store, but for some odd reason I can't preview it in the tailor.
