So to get Female Huge, the tradeoff would've been losing at least a quarter of everything else in the game: 25% fewer costumes, 25% fewer enemies, etc. On top of that, you have to take into consideration the animation time involved. Every category receives custom-scaled animations whenever there's a weapon, cape, or other object involved (so the hands fit properly).
Bottom line, it's a massive undertaking that wouldn't really get us a lot of bang for the buck. Three scalable body types covers the vast majority of characters that players want to make, so while it'd be nice to have another one, the price is unfortunately too high.

Not bloody likely, but I think it could be super awesome. The melee attacks could be a pistol-whip for the lower damage one... for the higher-damage one, I'm picturing shooting them point blank, something akin to Mind Probe from the psionic assault set, only with a gun. -
A couple of small things:
The newspaper headlines and movie theatre marquees would change with every issue.
The Perez Park mazes would re-arrange themselves every issue. -

A little piece of advice - whichever server you choose, start in Galaxy City, not Atlas Park, at least for your first few chars. This will give you a chance to learn the basics of the game without all of the powerleveling spam going on in AP.

If I had to make a guess, I'd say that an expansion with a heavy focus on Praetoria and Tyrant *might* just be the place to include the Incarnate origin/AT/whatever it is this week.

When leveling pacts were first introduced, there was some talk about eventually expanding them to more than 2 people. Has there been any credible rumor or official word on this, either yay or nay?

That isn't untrue...If it is already up, the current duration is less than two minutes. Resetting it back to two minutes, unless my math is way off, will 100% of the time extend the duration since two is greater than less than two.

The initial staement wasn't so much untrue as unclear. "Extends the duration" could be understood to mean "add 2 mins to to the current duration", while "resets the duration" can't be mis-interpreted.
Anyway, seconding Catwhoorg and Barata: If you have it in Siphon Life, and SL is part of your attack chain (which it darn well should be since the damage boost), you're good to go. -

Rad/Elec def. (rad=Pestilence, end drain=Famine, as suggested above). Military appearance and Leadership pool for War. Presence pool fear powers and/or Dark Mastery for Death.

Apart from Spines being able to use the geometry from Thorns, and Thorns being able to use the geometry from Spines (both of which can be colored), there will be at least one other set of alternate geometry/FX.
As for Martial Arts, the alternate animations we have right now are mainly punches. The idea was to provide you guys with a way to make the classic, fights with their fists and feet, super-hero that many have been asking for. That includes a new animation for assassin's strike (Assassin's Blow?).

I'll probably also change the lightning on my Elec blaster; I've never understood how purple/blue lightning came to be the MMO norm.
Biggest thing will be blue pom-poms for my En/En blaster -
Without getting into sets, put an EndRed in the free slot. If you add slots, add a second EndRed, then anything else Range.

But if you think about it... the system for the global list will automatically delete the names in the global ignore list for you. Once the list is full, the oldest one gets deleted to make room for the newest one. So why bother doing it manually?

Well, you might want to manually eliminate the spam handles if you have "real" players that you want to ignore, so that the jerks you added don't get a free pass. This could probably be fixed by adding a "spammer" flag to the Global Ignore listing, and never auto-deleting non-spammers unless that's all that's on the list. -
I've also gone the MA/SR route with mine. I considered DM, but the dark effects were too out of concept. I use Thunder Kick/Storm Kick/Flurry as an attack chain. The two kicks are quick animations, and the long animation of flurry covers most of their recharge time. I *highly* recommend Prestige Dash if you have access to it; it gives a great "speed blur" effect when you run.
If you want soemthing other than melee, Grav/Kin can work for a "Speed Force" oriented character. -

Promote all of your characters to Leader, set all of your friends to one rank below that. Set permissions on all the storage items, etc, so that your friends can still access them. This way the only characters eligible for auto-promotion are yours.
