Personally, I have every expansion on my account since each gives a free month and something that seemed useful (to me). If I had to pick one to start with, I'd pick Good vs Evil. I think the travel powers it gives you are useful - a teleport to Pocket D from anywhere in the game and a 'jump jet' that gives you 30 seconds of 'lift' with a 3 minute recharge. -

If I had to take a wild stab at when they'll be back up, I'd guess around 12:00 ET. Hopefully sooner, and as I said, that's a wild stab, so your mileage may vary.

Furthermore, if you are doing a mission that unlocks a contact (like Ernesto Hess), the contact will be unlocked for everyone on the team. -

There is no cost to respeccing unless you buy a recipe. You need to either complete a respec trial or get a freebie from some Issue updates.
1) You can buy a recipe from Wentworths. Price varies.
2) You can get the same recipe as a random drop (very rare).
3) You get a free respec for every character as vet rewards. The first is at 9 months then every 12 thereafter (21, 33, 45, etc).
4) The Devs generally give a free respec (one for every character) when they release an update that changes existing powers.
5) You can buy one with Candy Canes while the Ski Chalet is open.
6) You can do a respec trial. You can earn a maximum of 3 ever (per character) this way.
7) Villains get one after completing a patron arc.
8) You can buy one with real money (if you're insane ).

The complete option was still there for me last night.
However, a great many types of missions can not be auto-completed (timed, badge, etc). Maybe the option is not displayed at all when it's a non-auto-completeable mission?

I'll probably take Friday off. And maybe the next Friday. I like long weekends. I get 4 weeks vacation and have 3/4 of it left.

If you have problems with frame rate, lagging, and dropped connections at minimum settings but other people can use high settings with absolutely zero problems then an in game bug is not the problem.
