Ouro flashbacks share a lot of mechanics with Task Forces. That means everyone needs to be the minimum level of the arc to even join and everyone will be exemplared to the maximum level to the arc if they participate. It also means that everyone will get the Merit Rewards, and that you cannot recruit more people in the middle of a flashback.
I don't know whether doing Flashbacks from an SG base doubles your Merit Rewards, but if it does I imagine it'd be part of a bug/exploit and not working as intended.
Thank you. I was mainly concerned about the team aspect. The SG base thing would have just been a nice bonus.

Furthermore, if you are doing a mission that unlocks a contact (like Ernesto Hess), the contact will be unlocked for everyone on the team.

Just a few q's about the Flashback system:
1a) When completing an arc, does the team get merit rewards or just the mish holder? IIRC, on the regular mission arcs, only the mish holder gets merits.
1b) If only the mish holder gets the reward, will team members be able to click the same arc and auto complete as we go along?
2) Does doing the arcs from SG base give 2x merit rewards?
