    Avengers Teaser

They could easily dismiss the change of actors for Banner by saying that the numerous changes to the Hulk has affected Banner's appearance. Or they could just go the Don Cheadle route, "Well, it's me, and I'm here, so get over it and move on!"

This guy had no business sticking his nose in there, no business dragging his camera-toting buddy down with him, and no business claiming self-defence when he's the one who barged into a fight knowing full well his options were either take them down or be taken down. Put him in the slammer where he belongs and melt the key down.
He was trying to stop a fight between one group of people against another, and he only broke out the pepper spray on the men that were trying to attack him, he just took the hits from the women. You should watch the video, he did everything he could do under the law and nothing wrong. His arrest was bogus.

I'm guessing Nick Fury sends Cap to bring in Thor when he first reappears on Earth.
  4. After seeing the video, I'm on Phoenix Jones' side on this one.

Well you can here the Cloister Bell ringing when he opened it which rings when it and its inhabitants are in perislous danger or if Adric rings it. So his greatest fear must be something happening to the Tardis...or that Zombie Adric has risen.

Yeah there are a lot of things about River that still have to come into fruition, like learning the Doctor's Name, how to drive the Tardis better than the Doctor, and how to read and write Gallifreyan. The latter could explain the first since the Doctor's name happens to be written on his/her own crib.

Not counting any time-locked away in the Time War. Gallifrey still exists. It's just been sealed off from the rest of time and space.
There's also the Dr. clone/daughter Time Lord, Jenny still running around. There's also been rumors that the Rani may return next season.

Before Helen Bonham Carter started taking "wild" roles like Fight Club's Marla Singer and Harry Potter's Bellatrix Lestrange she was mostly known as a reserved young actress famous for pristine English period productions. If Helen could evolve as an actress why can't Anne?

I have faith in Nolan that -he- thinks Hathaway can pull it off. That's all I really need at this point.
She was pretty much this way in the movie Havoc. She definately did not play a princess in that movie.

Im confused by the concept too, but mildly intruged, I'll watch it, and if they can't come up with a better reason than Stargate Universe-esque "Going into this portal we have no idea where goes is the only way for us to survive, oh wow we landed on 'whole point of show plot device'" then i'll not follow it, especially considering that unless they are yellow and 4 fingered, Fox aint keeping them...
They did a thorough job of handwaving most plot holes, it's like they knew what nerds would gripe and nick pick about, then covered it with a single line in the pilot. They sent probes first into the time crack first. They have 2 way communication with the future hence they knew what time the crack went to. They sent one man first to explore before others. It's a split timeline, not the actual timeline and how they found that out...etc. They only left some questions to push future plots along, but most of the technical was covered.

Actually pretty close, it wasn't a machine built but a crack in time discovered. They had no choice what time it went to.
  14. The ending was pure WOW! I also dug the meeting with Stanton Parrish, it was like Professor X talking to Magneto, except Professor X is walking and in a speedo....yeah, I don't get why they put him in a speedo.

If you limited the game somewhat maybe make it Shining Force like, it could be done with as much resources as most people on this forum has. Also make it for the Android or iOS to get rid of most of the production costs.

If you kept the scope limited finding a programmer to work on this for free wouldn't be that hard...we programmers tend to do a lot of projects on the side for the challenge anyway.

Your main problem would be finding artists that would be willing to contribute their time to this though. Artwork takes a lot of time to do, and artists, though enthusiastic at first, generally tend to burn out quickly on a project if they're not being paid for it...I speak as an artist and having worked with other artists myself.

Edit: I should add, I would gladly volunteer but I'm working on another project on the side (of my regular work) already of which I'm the programmer and artist of (therefore taking up all my spare minutes).
  16. If it was my RL, it'll probably be a Jack Black comedy.

If it was my choice, a bio pic of my success or a superhero film!
  17. I'd take a different route. I'd scour the globe for gifted kids. May not be super powered per say, but obvious talents and natural abilities that are beyond normal can be nurtured to be greater. I'd recruit them from their parents in the pretense of a private school for gifted youngsters, and provide them with the best teachers as well as trainers to help them develop their physical bodies along with their talents towards the ultimate goal.

Once they are old enough, I'd let them become the elite under my guidance that serves to not only inspire the students at the school as well as the public with their abilities.

Professor X had something going with the X-Men. There are numerous kids that display remarkable abilities out there only to have those abilities wasted and lost by parents who do their darndest help their kids fit into society as we know it and peers that hound them to be like them. Kids with talents need to be provided with an environment of encouragement and direction.

I used to be bilingual, but I was pretty much hounded by my teachers to only speak one language in the school and threatened with expulsion if I didn't comply. My parents were new to the country and felt they had no choice but to back them up. That left scars for a long time, and it took years to train myself out of the stuttering problem I developed because of it, the other language I spoke is now lost as far as I can only understand some of it and can't speak or read it at all.

No tools, no analysis equipment, no prior expertise, and yet she throws together a plot magic device. Sorry, I don't buy that one.
Actually, on that planet it appears she had plenty of tools as the planet that could fabricate anything she needed. The robots weren't transported, they were created on the spot, same as the bushes in the garden, same as her sword.

Personally I preferred the one from the week before.
She had 30 something years of time to kill and a vast computer library at her disposal. There was nothing magical about it.

Micheal Clark Duncan hardly ever plays the same role and shows massive acting chops yet you think he doesn't deserve to be on a list where the majority don't act but rather play themselves and the character in the script just match up. If that's how you are going to judge then Keanu belong on that list as much if not more than a number of those guys.

I question your taste in women when you call Sofia Vergara a butterface and then want to cast Zoe Bell.

So far the choices are older than what was intended by the Danger Girl comic. I would be picking a younger cast if I was making this.
