Season Finale of Alphas

Just got done watching it. Interesting path they took at the end. While I dig this show there is a LOT of room to improve. Reliance on close focus and shakey cam though is a bit irritating

The ending was pure WOW! I also dug the meeting with Stanton Parrish, it was like Professor X talking to Magneto, except Professor X is walking and in a speedo....yeah, I don't get why they put him in a speedo.

Did anyone else get the impression that the mute girl/Gary's GF (my brain is refusing to return names this morning) might not be dead?

She had a little bit of blood smeared there. Either they were going for hole in her head and messed it up or that combined with the actress not being able to act dead made it look like she was still alive.

How many miles did he say that he swims?

You DON'T want to drag a sodden pair of baggies through the water for MILES.

OT, but I gotta say how much I'm loving the Gary character. Absolutely brilliant.
"Mom, don't cry. Bill is my partner. He's very strong. One time he pushed me over instead of me taking a bullet. That was better. I said DON'T cry."

Bill is boring. The only thing he has going for him is his developing rapport with Gary. Though, his heart attack made him marginally more "real".

Nina's a sleaze. 'Nuff said.

Rachel is perhaps the most consistently useful member of the team, and her character is growing. I do like her "big sister" feel when dealing with Gary.

Cameron is also boring. Cool to watch in action, but bleh the rest of the time.

Rosen is just there to hold them together. Interesting? Not so much. Complicated? Maybe. This last episode ended with a big splash for him, though.

Azita (Rachel) had a G4 interview Monday... She is hot... that's all.

I love the fact that Gary got pissed and starting beating the guy with his baton beacuse they killed Anna. I also loved the ending, yay for Rosen he did the right thing.
