1 thing ive noticed about the issue 13 update, while tankers, scrappers and brutes all have the -range effect in taunts, kheldians and the preseance pool dont, was this a feature overlooked or part of the planned mechanics?
my suggestion is it should be! -
Mainly for masterminds i think, but i'd love the ability to choose which powers my pets have access to of the given one's, i got a thugs/poison MM and i use noxious gas on my bruiser, but with the 1st upgrade he KB's with handclap, with the 2nd upgrade he wastes a good 4 seconds or so using hurl on each fight, if i dont upgrade at all, he's stuck with jab and punch......
preferably, id love to drop hurl and hand clap from his list, but be able to put them back in for PvP say.
feedback and suggestions welcome, leave out the trolling... -

It's over-long, not at all exciting and very hard with a large, inexperienced team - all in all not a very good introduction to TFs for people new to the game.
Red names have admitted it could use a look at (it's actually two TFs they welded together when they found the early game's mission system couldn't support follow-on TFs), but as with many things it's a question of finding the time.

I spoke to a member of the NC team in Omega from March 08, and they said they devs are planning/working on a revamped posi, whether this is still going ahead or not is another question, but if it is id have a guess at a live update for it around i15 possibly i16 - dont quote me on that though -

it wont be, unfortunatly they're keeping flight poses as emotes cause its only a QoL feature. it could theoretically be done in the character creater screen but would take alot of work to do. -
lol not quite my 1st time, more like 200th, but ill report it again if it comes up, not sure it'll be an issue as i just got a spanking new pc XD

Not sure if this problems popped up before or recently, but i got a problem when i press Union to enter to the character selection/creation screen. crashes. not all the time mind you but often enuff to make me scream

Cause unlike the usual game people paid an extra £6 on top for it which may asked to be refunded if said product doesnt work properly. just a guess -

agree with this 1, and its doable, in the same way Quantum Flight used to have increasing end drain, but id say it stayed as is for PvP zones, say an inherant zone debuff for no +max fly speed or sumthing -
imo they should make whole new animations, not recycling any 1 more than aonce, but thats asking a tad too much

definatly, that multi-kick strike form the video rocks, though the old cran kick seems slow, then need to be pretty speedy and fluently animated kinda like u see in the films

This has alreayd been suggested and slated on the boards as something the devs cant and wont do, unless its been changed at all? but as far as i know it hasnt

ive noticed a few powers being updated with new animations that look really nice, and sometimes sets being modified in activation times to help set it up to fluently kick butt so to speak
just rolled a Martial Arts stalker and got thinking:
these aniations are all unique which is absolutly brilliant, but 1 of them doesnt seem to look the part and fit in with the new activation upgrades...namely Storm Kick.
i think instead it should have a slightly altered animation similar to a spinning hook kick (youtube it if you're unsure of its look)
wots ur opinion?
EDIT: chatting with @Bru on the subject, personally we both agree a full overhaul of the animations in the set to move more fluently like dual blades would rock, but as i stated above id settle for this 1 minimum -
i agree with the point that debt is virtually myth now with very little preseance among teams, and i think it does need to be tweaked, but ot to its original state either, when i was levling my blaster it was stuck at lvl 31 for about 3 months because i got bored with having debt cap which only took 5 deaths (not exactly hard for a blaster
)
id say drop the 1/2 debt in instances, raise the debt cap by 10% and the debt incurred by 40% and i reckon it'll b somewhat better, and it'll definatly help teach the new generation of players survivability like it did in the old days of issue3....those were the days *sigh* -

tried the fire/kin route on CoH and got so bored by lvl 34 i just deleted him thats y i made fire/miasma, because he can hold his own and do bloody well while doing it end may be heavy but theres ways around that, even as u say its still heavy after, ill try and find sumthing

i didnt say that, i said 3 rare recipes, each having end redux and rech in it and 3 HOs, which are cheaper than most purps, and as they're HOs (or purps instead of rares if u wish) u cant slot them till 47 anyway, and by that time you should have a small fortune saved up if you dont have a lvl 50 alt to leech from
and as for the DN and fear, ye i will get them soon but i knew my end couldnt handle the toggle till stamina and SOs and the fear, as great as it is, isnt the most important power, though its still great, but my current combo is tar patch, rain of fire, fireball, kills minions straight off -
People underestimate the use of Endruance Reduction enhancements in both toggles AND attacks, makes a big difference
im aiming to add set Set IOs into most my powers that cover acc dam and end redux and if i can get it in, recharge too, as for my main attacks like fire blast and blaze, id add 3 dam/acc HOs and 3 recipes from different sets covering end redux and rech, will give roughly:
96% Acc
96% Dam
62% End Redux
62% Rech
had it on my WP/NRG tank for both TF and ET and worked like a charm
