As Nemesis cant be feared and have vengeance I dont think a dark corr is the best choice for solo. For solo farming best to use a brute or fire/psy, but in a duo fire/kin, /sonic and /dark are all nice.

Oh i had no idea there was Immobs in the epics still you want the epic that gives you the good shields or you will be creamed fast.

ok then. fire/kin with mako and fire/sonic with mako for farming. Leadership on both.
i currently have a lvl 23 Fire/Dark corr and it works great so far, and thats without the fear or the toggle -acc
im going soul mastery in the patrons for the resistance armour and the +dmg

psi pet for that extra damage type
personally i dont see wots wrong with that except the lack of -def so slot accs to counter, and the dark servant can immob enemies aswell, thoug if u slot slows in tar patch, they aint going newhere fast

fire/dark uses too much end for solo farming

People underestimate the use of Endruance Reduction enhancements in both toggles AND attacks, makes a big difference
im aiming to add set Set IOs into most my powers that cover acc dam and end redux and if i can get it in, recharge too, as for my main attacks like fire blast and blaze, id add 3 dam/acc HOs and 3 recipes from different sets covering end redux and rech, will give roughly:
96% Acc
96% Dam
62% End Redux
62% Rech
had it on my WP/NRG tank for both TF and ET and worked like a charm

You would have had a much greater toon for about 15 lvls already if you had taken DN earlier. And stare should be in there soon too imo. 
I have a 50 fire/dark with all nice sets and an average of 1 IO worth of end redux in the attacks and 2 in the dark toggles. It still eats end like there is no tomorrow. It's managable, but tough at times.
Very nice toon to play, and if you use DN skillful (as well as position fluffy correctly on top of tar) to herd big crowds in clusters it eats groups for breakfast.

i didnt say that, i said 3 rare recipes, each having end redux and rech in it and 3 HOs, which are cheaper than most purps, and as they're HOs (or purps instead of rares if u wish) u cant slot them till 47 anyway, and by that time you should have a small fortune saved up if you dont have a lvl 50 alt to leech from
and as for the DN and fear, ye i will get them soon but i knew my end couldnt handle the toggle till stamina and SOs and the fear, as great as it is, isnt the most important power, though its still great, but my current combo is tar patch, rain of fire, fireball, kills minions straight off

The idea behind a good farming character is that it requires very little inf to get set up and is able to level alone if you need to. Fire/dark doesn't really fit the bill because of heavy end use. It is however a really fun set to play with a very high AoE damage output.
If you really want something good at farming, an elec/willpower brute does mighty well.

meh, well im not a farmer at heart tried the fire/kin route on CoH and got so bored by lvl 34 i just deleted him thats y i made fire/miasma, because he can hold his own and do bloody well while doing it end may be heavy but theres ways around that, even as u say its still heavy after, ill try and find sumthing

fire/psi doms and ss/fa brutes are the two best villain side for farming
fire/kin and fire/sonic corruptors would rock as a farming duo.
I was thinking of making a farming corruptor, but as i have not had much experience with farming on villains i am stuck for powersets.
Fire/dark seems best (tar patch/fire AoEs) or maybe i should run off to the dominator forums instead?
