It isn't supposed to be, that's for sure. It was added to primary and secondary powers, IIRC.

I can report thet -75% range in white dwarf taunt proved extremely effective fo defeating temporal incursions by the Malta group.
I really should do something about this signature.
1 thing ive noticed about the issue 13 update, while tankers, scrappers and brutes all have the -range effect in taunts, kheldians and the preseance pool dont, was this a feature overlooked or part of the planned mechanics?
my suggestion is it should be!
