I don't really understand your question so im not 100% sure are you talking about leaning down? If so yea when Im flying I dont see it.
I think he means leaning to the side, in the direction you want to turn. Kinda like how a plane leans to the side to turn in the air. Sorta.

Meh, in my 2 years of playing I've never seen that leaning to the side. If that's it, it is gone, then.
I remember this. Was for a li'l while when the flight poses were in their initial random incarnation, before they got pulled and eventually redone as emotes.
IIRC the banking got scrapped because it screwed up strafing on the ground and how the camera reacted there. (complex computer programs are weird like that. Pull this string, this apparently unconnected item jumps a few metres. 
)
So yeah, was around for maybe a few days then scratched.

It was on Test, but was removed form the live build because a number of players felt it didn't quite look right - I've not heard anything about when it might be fixed and added back in though.

Yeah - the actual angles they used to turn weren't particularly graceful. It was more like a Flightpose 4 every time you turned, rather than a smooth curve.

it wont be, unfortunatly they're keeping flight poses as emotes cause its only a QoL feature. it could theoretically be done in the character creater screen but would take alot of work to do.

What ever happened to leaning while you where flying? You know.. The one that made you lean while turning?
I remember it being on test long time ago, but I never heard about it again.. Was it trashed?
