If you cannot do the LRSF without every single member having nukes and shivs then you have other problems that making them available to all will not fix. It is your choice to not go into those zones. The only accolade tied to a pvp badge requires you to go into sirens, hop into the hospital and sit for 5 hours. Your choice again if you want to avoid that.

I just wish there was a way to get Shivans and Nukes without going into a PvP zone. It would obviously have to be more difficult than in the PvP zones, to compensate for the lack of PvP risk. Just so long as I could do it without going into a PvP zone.

I'm not asking for some kind of immunity, so I can safely run the tasks in the zone, because if I'm not going to accept the risk, I shouldn't be in the zone. I'm asking for a completely alternate way to earn the temp powers.

I know the zones are frequently "dead", especially in the mornings. I know the tasks are in PvP zones in order to draw more people in. It doesn't matter. I'm not going in there.

You know the rules. If you do not wish to go into the zone to get the shivs or nukes, don't. But don't expect the devs to make an alternate path for pve carebears.

Solo EM is still pretty decent. On teams you end up either saving you major attacks for bosses or spend alot of your time up in the air or looking at your hands while eveyrone else kills the mobs in front of you.

Sometimes I wish you could view missions in the AE like in arena matches. I would spend hours just watching stupid people and laughing.

I hate when I get on teams like this. People don't get it that you can't be 5 levels under the enemy and f*** efficiently at the same time.

While they do the same thing earned respecs and freespecs are quite probably different on the back end. Just because they can count both together and tell you the total number you have when you log in does not mean that one of them cannot be a boolean value of only 1 or 0.

Best educated guess would be the free ones are listed as yes or no in some code instead of how many you have. Much easier to change everyone to yes instead of adding 1 to every single toon out there.

The interruptable time is 2 seconds. Your quickest attack is 1.63 seconds. Add server ticks in there and you have to be extreemly fast to prevent the AS.

For solo work you can go with a random brute primary/random brute secondary. That will work most of the time.

I am not sure of anyone that would try and farm with Whirling Hands currently or even if the radius was increased. Farming using the AE you can get 10 mobs within 8' without any issues.
On teams is where you would benefit getting the attention of more mobs at once with the larger radius attack.

I do agree also that the chance to stun should be increased as well to at least 80%.

EM fix is easy. Increase wiffing hands to 15' like domes will have for the exact same attack. Sure you will also have to increase the endurance and recharge, but I think most people would be ok with that trade off.

WM/Energy is strong and pretty. You cannot go wrong.

Other things to do for fun, make a stalker with fly or TP foe and kill them until they leave. Or make a blaster and do the same.

Or you can just roll a blaster or corruptor and join them and see if you can kill their bait before they can.
