Quote:I'm Guy Perfect and I approve the availability of male sashes. So, I would like to discuss why others want this item, just as we were about to do when the devs decided close the other thread.
In fact, nuts to the Carnival of Light belt; we need the actual Kheldian sash, which should have been available since Kheldians were introduced. It already works on Male and Female models, though I'm sure "time and resources" are an issue, even though they're "aware of the request."

What's the best build? Could someone post it here? Also, could you finance it for me so I can make one myself without actually knowing how to play?
It needs to be able to do the following things:
* Solo AVs/GMs/iTrails/etc.
* Farm AE maps in 30s or less
* Make more inf per hour than I can hold
* Consist entirely of the exact power sets of my choosing
* Be better than everyone else in PvP
Once I get some suggestions, I'll be sure to throw them out because they're not what I had in mind. In the mean time, I'll be laying here with my mouth open, waiting for food to fall in.
Any help would be appreciated! -
Five consecutive Crab threads? Irracceptible! There's more to life than Crab Spider Soldier!
Having said that, we need more Fortunata threads too... -
People tend to forget Super Reflexes's damage resistance factor as well. It may only be useful "when it shouldn't be applicable," but it's quite useful when you need it.

Funny. I was looking at my old Slender Man pics just yesterday and remembered you standing out there on the protrusion, dancing the... uh... night?.. away.

This is as pointless as water blast. And psychic melee. Man, if any of these things ever actually happen...
-
With a name like hit streak, can we count on you to be unreliable 1 out of every 20 posts?
-
Dominators don't get epic holds either. And Brutes don't get epic melee attacks. I think I'm beginning to see a pattern.

Pet Peeve #8274
For the record, the name of the power is Prestige Power Slide. This is a Prestige Power called Slide, not a Prestigious power called Power Slide. It's just like the pre-order Sprints: Prestige Power Rush, Prestige Power Quick, etc. You don't call those Power Rush and Power Quick do you? -
It's part of an initiative to set things right in the world.

I haven't seen Shadow Meld in action, but I can confirm that all the FX for the Soul Mastery attacks are *different* from their analogs in Dark Blast. They're generally accompanied with a glowy swirly effect on the hands.

They don't. When rent is due, they just burn it down and find a new one.

Damage dealt is not a factor in the participation metrics; we have an official statement of that.
I've gotten a Very Rare before while standing around watching people fight Anti-Matter, so if anything should convince you that damage isn't a factor, let it be that. -
Just so we're clear, a Ninjas Mastermind is out of the question, even though it gets three of the Archery powers?

Well, let's just check the numbers here real quick-like...
Recovery
* Base recovery is 100% over 60s, which comes out to 1.66666% Endurance per second.
* Stamina is +25% Recovery, or 125% over 60s, aka 2.08333% Endurance per second.
* Since every character gets Stamina, we'll use that 2.08333% figure for our considerations.
Performance Shifter
* Performance Shifter's proc, in Stamina, is 20% for 10% of max Endurance every 10s.
* Performance Shifter, therefore, averages out to 0.2% Endurance per second.
Level 50 IO
* A level 50 Endurance Modification IO is +42.4%, bringing Stamina's boost up to +35.6%
* With that IO, Recovery becomes 135.6% over 60s, which is 2.26% Endurance per second.
* The EMod IO, therefore, brings a net boost of 0.17666% Endurance per second.
Level 50+5 IO
* A level 50+5 Endurance Modification IO is +53%, bringing Stamina's boost up to +38.25%
* With that IO, Recovery becomes 138.25% over 60s, which is 2.30416% Endurance per second.
* The EMod IO, therefore, brings a net boost of 0.22083% Endurance per second.
The verdict:
* If you absolutely MUST 1-slot Stamina...
* A Performance Shifter proc will do you more good than a level 50 Endurance Modification IO.
* A level 50+5 Endurance Modification IO will do you more good than a Performance Shifter proc. -
Most epic sets are shared between at least two Archetypes, and the powers themselves can either accept AO sets or not. If a power on your Scrapper accepts the Scrapper set, then that same power on a Stalker would accept the Scrapper set and that's no good.
Until they come up with a workaround, you won't be able to slot AOs into epic powers. -
I'm especially fond of Sally's sentiments. For once there don't appear to be any lore errors in the new content!
