Retro SciFi Bubble Helmet Question/Suggestion

With the plan for the Retro SciFi Pack Bubble Helmet to use Detail 2 (which seems like the right choice to me, but has the obvious result of not allowing beards or any other possibly character-defining Detail 2 option), could a version of the helmets be made that covers the bottom half of the face?
Maybe some sort of high-neck thingymabob inside of the helmet? Or possibly a larger helmet-base that rises that high (not sure that would work at all though).

While watching today's Ustream with Clockwork01, where he mentioned the helmet, the idea just struck me and I figured I'd offer it up, just in case.
It seemed like a good idea when I thought of it, but maybe it is just because I'd love to give the bubble helmet a try for this character that requires the lower half of his face to be hidden:

Either way, it is certainly no deal-breaker for me (and I'm so looking forward to this costume set!). I just figured I'd throw the idea out there.

On a completely different topic...
After watching the Ustream, I want to know what question Psychoti asked - near the beginning - that Clockwork01 very much wanted to answer with, "It will be getting some love soon!".

Curse you, Zwill, for trying to curtail his desire to answer questions before the Q&A session!!!

Looks like four colors to me, chief.

Possibly. Black, white, purple, and green? The apparent black could just be dark purple, though.

Not that the number of colours should necessarily matter. Personally, while I'd change a thing or two about the costume I like the overall design.

Pretty cool idea, my electric colleague. As soon as you mentioned it, half a dozen ideas popped into my mind. So yeah, I think people could use a variation of the helmet like you describe.

On another note, that is one fracking awesome comic book alien. And kudos on the color coordination. I never exceed four colors myself, and can work fine with two colors. Artistry within such limitations speaks highly of the artist, as far as I'm concerned. Not to mention, it's a fine upstanding tradition!

But your imaging software probably counts the same colour in various tints as multiple unique colours. And on top of that, I think it's likely that you didn't exclude the background.
