So, 3 powers to make up for 2 slots, yeah, I can see the benifit.
But then, I do admit that those 3 powers are good out of the box and don't need slotting, although I find the jump height in CJ a bit too small to leave unslotted. -
How does it work?
Is it attacks made by melee attacks (which I kind of assume) like swords slashes and punches.
Or are it attacks made at close range (even those point blank sniper shots). -
Also, I like hover slotted up as it gives me aireal manouverability in combat. I can't say the same thing about fly, because the flight suppression brings you down to unslotted Hover speed, or slower.
That's why most of my ranged characters have hover, while my melee characters tend to get air superiority instead -

3 flight SO's in hover and 1 in Swift gives you normal sprint speed.. well, not normal, it gives you base swift+base sprint speed but in flight. -
Then there's the part where US and EU accounts are seperate financial entities.
Although it could be that with the merger into NCwest the legal issues might be easier to overcome? -

I noticed that after you place the items in the base and then change the logo the items already placed retain the logo they had. So... change logo SG to what you want.. place item.. then change logo back.

But if you later place the same item as the one you've used an older SG logo for, all those items are updated with the new SG logo/colour.
I *think* the same goes for moving them.
So it's place, and remember not to use THAT particular instance of a wall banner, or floor tile...
With banners it's easy enough to use different onces.
But as there are only 4 tiles, that'll be a bit harder.
Not sure how many holograms and glasses there are. -
While I don't have anything against this suggestion/request, I can't help but wonder how long until this image is hopelessly out of date again.
How often should they make these images? Every 12 month? every 6? Every issue? -
Do you mean to have the plot on the forum, or in game, or a combination?
The last open RP threat I joined, I was the 5th on the scene. I hold a personal limit of 6 players for forum threads to keep things managable, so when it eventually ended up to be about 18, I opted out, made a reply or two more to try and keep up, but eventually just gave up on the flood of posts.
But that's a personal take on it.
It sounds like there are various stages in your plot.
Different stages having different themes? Different styles of doing them?

As plot GM (or director) it's handy for yourself to have the start defined, a few (possible) check points and of course a 'best case' and a 'worst case' ending. (though don't be surprised if the players manage to exceed even your 'worst case' senario)
Basically, don't have a script, just have an idea, an rough outline. Take each step along the way as a new situation. Let players have impact on the plot, for better or worse. Let characters make mistakes (in your eyes) and try to correct them. Don't make something impossible, but don't shy away from making something hard.
As for my involvement?
I'm not sure. I have but one character that knows Infinitron and isn't impressed. I do have a few 'save the day' heroes, though.
But I also have a bit of plot-o-phobia, though I'm trying to get past that.
It also depends on how, where and when you'll do it.
So, will I join in the plot?
Short answer: Entice me and I may.

I was rather tired last night and didn't interact much.
I did have a great time, the tour was fun, the build up and tour structure was well thought out. -

The Unity Vigil also open their doors (more so then usual) for those that don't have the opportunity (or desire) to celebrate it with their family. (and no doubt some families will celebrate it at the tower.)
I gathered that there's a large banquet and live entertainment of some sort... but Zortel would have to specify that. -

There might be something in a thread or an other, but I dislike Forum RP as that's dominated by those that have the time and ability to post during the day/at work, leaving others tagging behind.
Other then that, I'm not spoiling the plot just yet! -

Still, portals with static locations are in my book rather different then teleporting from anywhere into (a fixed location in) the base. -
I'd imagine that Vanguard would be reluctant to allow teleportations into the base.

Well, some I might try and contact through other means, also, this shouldn't intervere with anyone's IC scheduals.
I've made my first pick, and other then 2 of them, all have recieved a pm.
I'm keeping my options open, though, as I'm expecting some IC 'no' responses.
Twilight Shinobi and Stryke are on the unlikely list though

The bounding boxes are at the centre of a character... in combat stance.
As you stand at ease, you take a step back from that, you're at the rear of the box.
it's all about animations looking good, not about the boxes being right for the visual representation.
As emotes shouldn't affect where your character is, it doesnt... just affects where your character appears to be...
That said, from what I recall having heard about this dev point of view, I do agree with this suggestion. -
