I will happily agree, but would like to point out that it is for perverted reasons.
There are fancy mansions in Union 'canon' but not actually in the real game world. I know of at least two. Sadly, they are naff all use to you.
However, you could set this up to be outside the doors of the Hotel buildings we have in most zones.
