  1. yes, you need to complete the patron arcs still
  2. -dam cannot be increased on anything
  3. the color of down by a river?
  4. may be the wrong forum, but yes, buying going rogue would add a month to your account that you would not need to pay for
  5. another vote for Avast! ye matey, a good site to check for information on malware protection is http://spychecker.com/moresoftware.html
  6. why are you level locking yourself when there is a slider bar to set the levels?
  7. yes, pyro or soldier, scout and demo can also be ok for starting at times

phase should not accept defensive sets
  9. it completely skipped me you had concealment, replace veng with phase then as thats the whole point of going conceal, and the reason you take soul mastery is for shadow meld not the attacks
  10. after only a quick look over remove the extra slots from maneuvers and fast healing drop resilience and take veng, only use the default slot for a LOTG, put those slots into attacks and heals that are only 4 sloted, add the +end proc to quick recovery and procs to all attacks, go soul mastery not blaze, switch the hetacom damage in eagles claw for the acc/rech, you should be focusing on sets that increase acc over def
  11. make one and post it for critiqe, or use search
  12. your a nin/regen then? if so thats not too bad, use the dual builds feature and just build however you want for pve, and then once you feel like trying pvp use the second build

as for power choices i would suggest doing a search for /regen stalker builds and then just adjusting the primary to what you have, just keep in mind that unlike CO powers act completely differently in pvp than they do in pve
  13. if this is pve only, drop stealth it is of no use, if this is the slotting you are going to have i would suggest dropping the fighting line and just picking up combat jumping as that would allow you to soft cap as is, this would also allow you to get super jump, super speed and either caltrops or smoke flash depending on your preference without affecting your slotting

lose diminishing returns, make it so that buffs do not stack even from different sources to offset diminishing returns and to vary support roles, scale back heal decay a bit but not completely, go back to pve travel suppression, add in partially unresisted effects to key parts of classes, tweak as needed
  15. data chunk? and after a quick look through on the 9 slots i'd say to throw a proc into every attack you have a spare slot for, a second recharge io into placate; and if you can put a kismet into hide, and add the +recovery ios into hpt that could allow you to skip stamina
  16. for a scrapper yes, if mayhem is looking into a stalker they can do gewd
  17. recharge and accuracy should be your top focus with set bonuses, after that try to get a bit of damage and your hp cap higher

    BS/elec scrapper

never tough in pvp, or weave
  19. compared to crusaders, yeah loyalists are heros
  20. /wp is good because you can cap hp off of hpt slotting alone and you get perception and a self heal in the set, when slotting io sets go for rech, acc, and dmg bonuses

you'll pretty much want to go with the leviathan pool for hib and sharks

    WS Pvp

i'm sorry i don't understand the first half of your second post

a peace bringer can do a bit better because it has a contained self-heal, build up, and a tier 9 armor power; while a warshades heal, build up, and tier 9-ish armor power require multiple enemies to be with melee aoe range for them to reach full potential

you can try a warshade if you would like, you will probably enjoy yourself no matter how well you do if you're just in it to play it, but other things can be built better and easier

    WS Pvp

reroll, overall if you want to zone you can build with anything, but what sets a warshade apart from others in pve is what kills it in pvp

the aoe buff powers with to hit checks will not be able to hit many people because no one will just stand next to you, let alone a group of people, you could try staying in nova and blasting or dwarf and taunting, but in both of those situations the base ats would do better
  23. both willpower and regeneration are considered the top secondaries for pvp, electric is also a good primary, i'd say just to go through mids and do a build of each and see which suits you better

    Brute or Stalker

nope, only what your higher level enhancements are named

    Brute or Stalker

dual blade is one of the worst pvp sets, for pvp in this game you want powerful single target attacks, if you want to roll a brute super strenth with either fire or invuln would be considered best; for a stalker electric with either regeneration or will power would be considered best

don't feel required to take those, but they are known to be the best performance wise

but the best overall way to start pvp would be to roll a squishier class such as a blaster or dominator so you do not become complacent with how naturally difficult you are to kill in most situations as a melee class

most people will tell you pvp is dead in this game, because overall it is, either freedom virtue or infinity will be the best servers for finding activity
