in your sig you have 3 trollers, 2 blasters 2 defenders and 1 stalker. What are they, you may have a good one in there and not need to lvl another toon.

bs is good, but elec on a scp, not so much. If you like the elec set roll a elec/ss tank. Or you could do a quick search and find that psi/em's are beast mode. If you have something against fotm toons (not sure why you would) roll a fire/em. If you like being sneaky, sneaky, roll a elec/wp stalker.

maybe finish ur rad/em. Ill/rad and ur ice troller can be good but if it's ur first pvp ur gonna have a steep learning curve. The spine/nin is meh. Spines for stalkers is good but nin is meh.
Ive PvP'd before but way back when before they changed it.. my dm/regen scrapper was unkillable..
I have jumped into so pvp here and there lately but nothing hardcore.

because scrappers don't get SS with perma rage.

he's not saying roll an elec tank for elec, he's saying roll an elec tank for ss, other armor types would do better overall for both

Fluff and Neeto hit it on the head. For scrps Regen>>>>>>>>>>>>>Elec, but if you really liked the elec set, it goes well with tanks bc they have SS with perma rage or brutes which are SS/elec.

Another question then, what's the consensus then for top defensive sets for scraps?
Regen, Elec, Fire, Inv...
but how close are they together?
To me fire is pretty strong too because the heal is up every 11 seconds rather than 17-18 secs for Recon. Plus it's nice to get extra damage with FE.
hm...fire scrps are def beast mode. But regen has dp, and fast healing along with reconstruction plus it doesn't have to worry about kb bc of integration, fire has to have specific powers just to slot for kb. They're both good, but regen is not as tight of a set as fire is.

Would it be any good to level one for pvp?
I've been wanting lvl a pvp toon for some time now i wasn't sure what i wanted to make.
And if the bs/elec scrapper is a good build what should i focus on while i IO him out
