As for CP.. I know elec has a low base Acc so I was thinking taking Focus accuracy and the new +reg / +recov power ( can't remember the name) to help with end. Would this work?

I think with all the toggle running I was somewhere around 1.1end/sec used on a 3.83 end/sec recovery. Would CP really make a difference if it's not on all the time?

I've been toying with the idea of making a new scrapper and was thinking of going with an Elec/SR.

I never played /SR so I have no real idea of how it plays. I know I should be aiming for the softcap to positional but is there anything I should know beside that? Is there a way to buff the defense debuff resistance? if so how would I do it? also, is Elude really needed on a softcaped build?

I have a elec/elec brute (my favorite Vilains so far) so I know very well how Elec/ plays.

I don't have my planned build since i'm at work but I simply wanted input on what I should know about /SR and if there was anything REALLY important to not forget.

ok so I tested this idea and it's not very viable.

It does trigger off of many target so that is confirmed BUT since you can't control when FA is used it's really not reliable. I've seen it trigger on a mob of 4 and only 2 heal went off for a total of 64hp.

If we had control of when powers are used by our pets it would make sense to slot this but since it doesn't seem to be triggered when needed (half HP or less) it doesn't help in the long run.

I did notice that the demon price would stay at max health for a bit longer but when his health started to drop it would drop fast and by that time it's too late for the proc.

Anyone tried to put the chance to self heal in their Demon Prince and see if that triggers when he uses Frozen aura? I guess it would only trigger on Frozen aura but i'm thinking that since it's a PBAOE, the 5% heal multiplied by the amount of target hit could make him pretty hard to kill.

Just to add to what others have said, don't let the number of people on the street give you the impression that the server is empty. We are a very active community and every one pretty much know (from global name at least) every one else.

To help you find people, join the global channels mentioned. Also if you didn't know, to send a "tell" (private message) to someone like Amy offered simply type : /t %name%, message so for example you could send this to Amy:
/t @amygdala, Hey I found my student card!!!!!

This will send it to her global name so any character she is currently playing ( heroes or vilains) will receive the message. You can also send it directly to a specific character by replacing the name.

IT's fun..... if you like running after your mobs and aggroing everything around you. Grav doesn't have any sort of -KB but has a very nasty ST KB attack (visually pleasant and nice damage but huge KB) and since Storm is all about KB, it doesn't help lol

Actually the some 7900 are known to have memory problem. bad chip or something which would cause the graphic bugs you are getting. I know mine did and I was able to get an RMA from it.

I know this might not be useful since you probably can't easily replace the card with another one. But it's something to keep in mind.

You could check with the card manufacturer to see if they do RMA on those card. I know EVGA has a lifetime warranty and when I sent mine back in 2 years ago they sent me back a 8800gt instead sine they were out of 7900.

Again, keep that in mind for last resort, try everything else before.

Champion is pretty active but mainly after 6pm Eastern time. There are a couple good channel to join if you're looking for teams (BMT of champion for example)

beside that I think Freedom and Virtue are the 2 most populated (although more population doesn't mean better)
