  1. Sacrificing toons, to get a stronger one?
    PvP ballance still looms out there, and realy
    what lv of toons need be sacraficed. This
    method of getting those incarnates is even
    worse to the avearage player then the EATS
    already are.

    Even with the sacrifice if you make this a more
    powerfull version of a lv 50 all will want it, and
    all teams will want them. Even bigger is how
    will a standard lv 50 SO'ed or none purples IOed
    toon do vs them in PvP, if there is more power
    in the Incarnates then you just put a HUGE road
    block in the way of a fairer PvP system.

    In short if we get incarnates some how, I hope
    we don't have to do this. Lossing toons is never
    a good option, one being replaced not so bad
    but mulitple lost.... BAD. AkA /unsigned (but
    nice try)
  2. Wow, didn't even know about this and have atleast 2-5 outfits that use
    the bolero and wings combo (the mini wings work AWESOME)

    IOed with oranages, well time to get better as those purples, sure
    there expencive, but with a few hundred hours work you can afford
    a bunch. There is something for you to do for a while with your main.
    Or you could go for the new pvp IOs there almost more expencive
    then the purples right now (mostly because there so new).

    Side note if you though those Oranges have improved what your toon
    does just wait till you see what purples can do. I have my main villain
    and my mian hero each with atleast 3 sets of those purples and WOW
    they can realy be a major help, especaly If you exempt to lower lvs
    and still have those nice large puprle bonuses still with you.

    Nothing to do??? My main hero is at 650 something badges
    I still have over 50 more badges to go, do you have a cap'ed
    badge toon already? If not there is something to do. And yes
    I do understand the thousands of hours as my signature says
    I have over 2600 hours on my main alone (and my villain
    main is getting up there too, but as a Forutnata its much
    newer them my main made in May 2004.

    I also have over 100 mill influence on my main right now
    and its not enought money to make my second build, as
    my first build is purpled out, what I want so I'm working at
    making more.
    Have you made a IO build on both builds of your mian?
    if not there is a another thing to work on.

    Have you played though lots of MA arcs? Its the new you
    can't have done everything because quite frankely over
    100k stories and missions all added in the last 2 weeks,
    yaa I'm sorry to say I VERY much thing you have LOTS
    you can do with your main, hope these suggestions help.

    carefull with statments like that who knows Jamie and Adam might
    find a way for that to happen , heck they did stop a bullet with pizza
    boxes and carring cases. (mythbusters for those that don't know)

  7. Follow up or BU is a personal choise, but I have to agree 100%
    if you have Tactical training: Maunuvers, Forsight, and Mind Link
    you should have very little trouble staying upright. Also combat
    training Offencive realy isn't much use afer lv 24, its like a free
    DO in all your attacks, and thats not much once SOs are around.

    More like you want to let your customers to be able to experence the
    new content, and not be forced to do half a million other things just to
    get to the "good" stuff. For some people its a fine way to do it but there
    are other that would see it and turn away. As the dev want to make a
    few buck off the game best to avoid the turning away

    Better is a VERY subjective word, what is better to you might be garbage
    to others. I would like good end game content, and I feel we have it, as
    there are MANY times I don't feel like 'just' playing some alt and will go
    back to beat some SF, or go beat up some hero on my Villain main. Now
    my main villain has been lv 50 for Months and is IO heavy but that don't
    stop me from still having a blast with her for many hours a week still.

    Lots of ways for that already, have you looked at set IOs, or worse PvP
    IOs or purples? Now those can improve your toon a TON sure it can take
    hours of playing content (or farming) to afford some of them but is VERY
    possible. Yeck my two mains both still have stuff they need, and I14 only
    made that worse with adding so much stuff like MA badges and pvp recipes.

    Realy you only get influence? For I get prestige to help my SG/VG, I also
    get recipes to make my toon stronger (or help some future toon), I get
    lots of badges that atleast some of which help my power, and I also get
    that most important thing a fun time.

    PS: I know my writing is bad and I'm likely that last one that should be
    saying anything, but realy 'Y' is a bad replacement for why everywhere
    but in texts. Heck I don't do the texting thing myself because of silly stuff
    like that. Also fixed atleast one of the sentances to what I suspect you
    were trying to say.

    even getting credit for being offline, boy I hope they add something new

    Your 40$ got you exaclty what was promised, you got costumes,
    temp powers, and emotes, and badges. (depending on witch ones

    I13 with all its day jobs brought us over a dozen costume pieces, I12
    brought us Roman armor, I11 brought us Clown and Enforcer outfits
    I10 Vangaurd, I9 new boots and wings. Heck even I14 had a free added
    waist cape for female widows.
    Every one of the last 5 issues had some costume piece, less I made a
    mistake on one or two, But even if I have thats TONS of free costume
    stuff.

    Now yes I don't like that they keep making us pay for these costumes
    and I do wish they came with the issues, BUT I can se why they do it
    and will not overlook all the stuff they have given us just because I'm
    upset with having to pay for some of them.

    Multiple people can try (animation on caster end works)
    but I've not seen the reciver part less they didn't have one
    active at the time. Powerwise one at a time 20 min long,
    and they don't stack, first one you click yes to counts.

    Its not like the stealth in that you need to use the power within the last 120
    seconds. (deffinate)

    It is like the Def and Res ones that work as long as your affective lv is with
    in 3 of the IO (possible)

    or could be like this

    You just need it sloted, but don't think so (unlikely)

    (as I've got a few of these maybe I should check it once I get home.)

    WAI if I'm not mistaken. Only Tank, Brute, and Scrapper get that -range
    not even the presence pool gets it if not mistaken.
  15. If your a WP tank your regen rate changes all the time based on # of foes
    around. If you look in your combat numbers you will find that both the numina
    and regenartive tissues are added to your regen and recover as expected.

    Note the bonus will seem to change every time you zone. It will correct
    itself after that 2 min that it takes for the older ones to vanish.

    (or never used it, but did collect badges)
    I know I did, and though only a little of that 610 you mention
    I feel I've got a nice badge collection on that main.

    About suggestion in genral, more lvs for badge totals...
    don't waste dev time on it, its not worth the effort, and
    we would just have more whining about those that cant
    get those older badges anymore.

    Not all arctypes are so simple from lv 1 on, take a stone armor brute
    (or tank) how you play one at lv 10 is VERY different then how you
    play lv 40. All arctypes can have research added, its all part of how
    you chose to aproch it. Of course veats also have this same change
    of how to play them as the heats so, I dont see any issues on this point.

    Neither needed nor relevent, the game is balanced vs SOs
    and with SOs kelds rock. Also ALL toons need the time to do
    this, if it was relivent, so it doesnt help your argument.

    Well I'm now working on my 3rd VEAT, I can tell you they are as
    complex as the HEATs, infact more so (to me), the VEATs have
    many powers to chose from (more so then the HEATS) they might
    have more that need sloting (becuase of forms) but VEATs have
    what ones to use as there issue. Both are complex and thats part
    of their apeal. I'm very happy these classes have something keeping
    the chalange up, as without it its not worth playing.

    Why should a PB/WS become energy drainers. End issues?
    I think as WS has all the end tools they need as you advance
    in lv, and PBs to if not mistaken both are very end freindly.
    heck both of them are very possible to do with our stamina
    were the forms have more end recovery and its enhancable.

    I don't know about that, some concepts work great with pvp
    course, the better rule might be
    "Top End PvP and concept don't belong in the same sentance"
