Even here in the EU i've seen the community reps pop by just out of the blue and stay around for a bit [Mod08 telling everybody he wished he could "heal kill" me . . . . . . grrrr 
]

I dont think the rest of the alpha slot will be in the booster but part of i19.5.
I do think and agree that the booster will be animal related.
Interested to see this monthly big post by a dev and wonder just how long it will last for.
Wish we had a proper i19.5 tease for something for us to really wild speculate about

I turn the volume way down to a level where i can still hear the game if i want to listen, but that whatever else i listen to is the main focus of my attention. So i can be watching QI on t.v for example while playing without having to try hard to listen to what is being said, but if i heard the sapper noise . .. . . that i hear!
To be honest, i've never really thought "oh this music is good/bad". Even if they made it awesome, after a while it'ld get boring too . . . . . . -

Me and the misses are thinking about moving in together in the summer and we are both slowly getting rid of any unwanted junk or basically stuff that is using up space that we never use.
Now i started out the other day getting rid of my xbox/ds and games for the both, went to my local cex store in town since according to the site it was the best prices available [277 aint to be sniffed at!]. Anyway i was talking to the guy who was dealing with me and ended up talking about what games both played, i mentioned city of heroes and what do you know, he used to play it too!
I was really rather shocked since i've never met somebody in person who plays this game too and just had to ask what he thought about the game [he was a WoW player btw]. He stated that he was only part of the beta for the game and not since, his reason for not staying was

Ooooo thats a classic villain mistake! If you have leverage over a hero, you dont then kill them and thus leaving him with nothing to lose and going on a rampage to get to you! Dont you watch any movies?
A true villain would get the wife and kids as you said, but then convince the kid to turn into a life of villains. You then keep the hero alive since he is powerless to stop his own child from fear of killing him. -

So yea, I love it when things get a bit chaotic, but sometimes steamrolling is just yummy. (If I come with unwanted advice that feels like i want to micromanage... do TELL Me! )
The times you've lead us just resulted in a more organised team [like the tin mage tf, you showed us how to do it], huge difference in the two so your safe lol
Funny you mention the ITF, because the first mission where almost every single team goes up the back way once outside i must be the only person who wants to do it the traditional way of up the steps and face the ambushes head onQuote:I'm with you on this one. One day I'm going to run an ITF where every foe on every map is to be dead before moving onto the next missions.
A few deaths here and there are a sign of a good time imo . . . . . .

Im a bit backwards in quitting teams to be honest. I have quit teams without notice i admit, but its only in certain conditions.
I prefer teams that are random, ones that wont steamroll the entire thing and that every member of the team is doing SOMETHING to keep the rest alive. You know . . . . . . carnage/against all odds kind of teams. Now this just might be different/unusual powersets but it still makes it interesting for me.
However teams that steam roll things and the leader and team are adamant that everybody must do it X way for the fastest time, those teams i quit. Not because its too hard or too easy, because its just not fun for me as a general rule to steamroll stuff. -

If it is a "nuke type" of power, then all we can assume is that the advantage of having a blaster nuke is that you can nuke X amount of times more than an incarnate nuke. While the damage outright isnt as high, the damage potential from start to finish will be higher for the blaster.
It'll only be if the power has a moderate recharge time of a few minutes will we have to worry about balance with AoE characters like fire blast/assualt rifle. -
Its ok full auto . . . . . they can keep their nukes . . . . . . we have boost range!
Not related to blasters, but i LOVE a warshades nuke. Its honestly a thing of beauty when you see it. -

I personally love the weather we've had this year in the UK and hope this is the new norm Its how a year should be, each season bringing with it such drastic change in the weather. Summer was boiling hot. Winter is freezing. Autumn was nice but with a slight chill. Spring was ummm springy.

Personally im stockpilling them so i can unlock every single alpha slot power and truely have my main as a "jack of all trades" [ill/rad means it can work too]. So for me, its a very well worthwhile time
Just about to start on my second uncommon alpha slot for him

Now i know i cant be the only one and this thread has NOTHING to do with server population as i have played on the emptiest of the EU servers and the busiest of the NA, but you know when you are running [flying/jumping/whatever] around a zone and you come across another player, do you stop and think woah!
Because i was on my demon/pain MM in the underground of praetoria running to my mission and came across another player running towards me and we both stopped for a second, looked at eachother then caried on. It was like we were both suprised to see another person in the "real world" as such and just had to stop to admire.
I cant be the only one who does this! [Ashamed to say i also get their global names at same time quickly just incase i know them]
