Don't the mobs get the +end ? Is that how it work?

you need like 3-4 sets of kin combat at least I think to soft cap. If you got the slots to spare skip the kin combat tripple for the KD proc and make up for it with other slots. Or if your on a tight budget go for smashing haymaker sets for budget s/l.

This is like 1 set I never see at all. I asked about it in help chat and everyone basically told me to avoid. Anyone actually use this set before. Can it get decent dmg when IO'd enough or is it just a sap gimmick

I went with ~35% SL def and epic +resist shield for ~50% s/l resist. I find that its much more survivable than 45% def and ~15% resist. With heals I just went with Rebirth as my only heal and accolades for my +hp

Terrible. I slotted 3 of them in my Dom and thought it could be my self heal. Yeah that didn't work to well

Reroll Bot/traps and solo everything in the game. As you soon as you get your T3-4 lore you can prob solo half the av/gms in the game on any gimp build.

It can be dangerous for some characters. If you are able to solo them primarily due to +defense, but have no DDR, one proper response to having a cascade defense breakdown begin is to back away, so the debuffs get a chance to expire. Standing in 15 Caltrops patches makes that impractical. -
Combo points should increase the % to crit on your finishers. That would be cool as hell.

Halloween Eochai in Grandville Has .5% Regeneration regen For 353.4 HPS, this is according to a power analyzer and the combat attributes.
With a 500% debuff (GMs have AV resistance, Yes?) they would end up with .325% regen or 5% evey 15s instead of 10 which looks to be 235.6 HPS. -

It is 92hp/s I believe. For lvl 50 that is, and not counting Reichsman. I'm not sure where the 184 number came from.
