If you spam Burn once every <10 seconds, then Burn. Otherwise Blazing aura
Im not a 100% sure but burn might proc twice. But ive never seen any tests that confirm this.

does it proc more often with blazing aura, or with Burn (in the Fiery Aura powerset)
