Just raising my hand as another US>EU transfer Vet missing reward tokens (29 instead of 38).
It seems every time they touch the vet reward system I lose my US>EU credit. -

Neither of which indicate that the item is overpriced, if anything it indicates the opposite. If the item was overpriced there would be unfilled bids (offering a lower price) although unfilled bids alone do not indicate an overpriced item. -
It's possible you have an antivirus program that is detecting that the CoH client has changed (due to the update) and is blocking the client when it tries to communicate with the login server. The popup asking you if you want to allow the changed program to access the internet can get 'hidden' behind the game in full screen mode.
I would've expected this to have occurred before in a year of play though.. -

What if the market system generated listings for something desirable like the PvP IOs - say 5 per day. The winning bidders get the item and the system can destroy 100% of the inf. It might be best if it were something created for the purpose rather than existing IOs it just has to be something desirable to the top 1%. Something that gives an incremental power increase.
You could do the same if you wanted to have expensive one-shot temp powers but want to avoid the 'Too awesome to use' effect. You let the market decide what they're worth. Have the system generate 10,000 (say) listings per day and let the bidders decide what they're willing to pay. -

An extra slot in Fly would have the greatest effect since Fly has a much higher base +flyspeed than Swift.
Swift has approximately 1/10th the +flyspeed of Fly so you'll get about 1/10th the boost for each enhancement you slot.
The only positive for Swift is that it'll increase your Hover speed as well but the slot is probably better used elsewhere. -

Yes our base flags have all gone grey too. Although with all the other bugs introduced with I14 I guess I should be glad that the base is still there at all

We were experiencing the mission selection bug too. The team lead could only select his own tasks so we had to play 'Pass the Star'.
Chat also seems to be behaving a bit odd with it picking up input from before you press Enter to start. I had several messages prefaced with 'wwwwwwwwaasds' -
I'm getting this too about once a week. I logout to the password screen and go back to the server select, click 'Union' and Boom! crash with the option to send a report to Cryptic. After restarting (with compulsory complete file scan) straight in, no problem. The crash never happens on first log in, only if I've previously been on a server and logout to the menu and try to get back in.
However it happens so infreqently I've not bothered to contact customer support. The devs must have a dozen or more crash logs from me over the last few months though. -
It seems to be partially fixed. The black textures in Grandville appear to have gone but the crates in the Arachnos lab maps and some of the PPD sheilds (the one on the wall just inside the Steel Canyon police station for sure) are still showing black textures.

I agree that 20k is not much in this age of broadband but that's what the forum Rules and Guidelines state. Personally I feel 1mb or more for a 80x80 avatar is excessive and 100-200k would be more reasonable but it's irrelevant really since I have forum avatars turned off. -

Well I have to admit I've stopped checking the forum as regularly now that BJBs weekly LRSF sign-ups have gone. That said, I'm still up for LRSF with Kazail (EM/Dark brute) and in a couple more weeks I'll have a Son/Kin coruptor up in the LRSF level range.
Weekdays after 6pm and weekends after 1pm are best for me. -
I can be on at 1600 Sunday to see if I get a place, no problem.
And to fill in the '?' I play a EM/Dark brute.
