  2. 3 brute fury (superior) give 5% s/l and a extra 3% max HP its pretty nice
  3. maybe 3x brute fury + 1 or 2 random IO set (acc/dam/rech) with LotG +rech in guard spin you have the 5th LotG+rech

    staff forms?

    Forms are wonderful but was nice if Body was like a follow up with 3 stacks 30% damage on brutes and 37.5% on scrapper. Or something like 15% per stack on scrapper (45% 3 stacks) and brute 12% per stack (36% 3 stacks)
  5. Maybe swap Touch of Death and Brutes Fury in Haymaker and KO Blow give haymaker Brutes fury for the proc ?

    Proc is nice in a ST attack that u use often in a ST chain or a mixed chain for AoE's when mobs are beating on me when i attack with AoE's and adding punch to it (proc in there) fury bar goes 100% alot of times.

  7. Maybe give it like base damage of 400 or so blast radius 30 or 40 ft. with 24 or 32 targets with that even abit bad placement you can get a few.
  8. maybe rock throw lvl 8 KO blow lvl 26 and rage not sure if the origin get ported that would mean 100% damage buff for scrappers it would bring all other sets off balance most likely it would be turned into a build up.
  9. Maybe raise the damage cap to 600% of the blasters let Defiance do abit more damage bonus when making a nice chain damage bonus is around 80 to 120%.
  10. By MA they can replace that masive knockback kick with dragon tail MA has already to many ST attacks.

  11. Sorry didn't know the word "Stalker" was hated so much but you are right PvP sucks....
  12. They made stalkers to have masive crit rate maybe buff scrappers crit damage say 150% of the damage for exsample you hit with headsplitter for 500 damage and make a crit you see 500/750 as damage maybe scrappers have low crit chance but when it happens its masive damage. Just a thought.

    That was the name "Orbital Strike" Would be nice for a fast game why need 2 deploy powers trip mines and a timebomb. Timebomb fix could also be higher mob cap and a wide range argo genarator like omega manoever drop bomb let it tick mobs runs at it and Boom!

    More like shield charge damage but abit more base around 150 to 170 at lvl 50 recharge 90 secs around 2.5 secs animation with knockdown effect. Like RoA you place it .
  15. Maybe when summoning the bomb you get a pet bar on the screen with a nice detonate button to blow it at the right time... But would nicer to drop the bomb idea and replace with orbital cannon nuke as device holder have awesome romote to control weapon platform satalite
  16. I did add it to punch on mine ss/fire brute fury goes pretty often to 85+

    Was today on test server they changed the IO i have no lvl 50 there to test but the normal one has 2% agians minions and underlings and 4% to the rest does the superior go too 4% and 8% if any one tested it ?

    Set Bonus is nice AT IO but the crit chance thingy even at superior i don't feel any difference did use headsplitter many times without and many times with it didn't really see the difference between 15% or 21% feels to me more a slot filler to get the set bonus a damage proc is even more useful.

    Would be nice if SR had a -damage aura to give the idea of glancing hits because of all the dodges its make maybe like DN -21% damage.

  21. Maybe add something like attacks cause -7.5% resistance debuff energy.
    Totall Focus could use the Energy Transfer animation you charge up your fist and BAM! not the silly jumping monkey animation.
    Energy Transfer is fine just need a faster animation 2.9 is too long for a tier 9 skill that even does self damage below 2 secs would be fine.

  22. Totall Focus could use the animation of ET instead of 3.4 secs to 2.9
    Whirling Hands could go from 8 feet to 10 and damage that feels right for the skill.
    Energy Transfer could use a shorter animation between 1.5 secs and 2 secs maybe some animation that you shoot a burst of energy at the target melee range 10 feet ??
  23. Did a minor change took away a slot from hasten and added to Shadow Maul for extra e/n def Hasten still at 117 secs recharge.

  24. Yes maybe replace Maneuver for overload but i was aiming for high recharge in mine build when 3 a 4 mobs are in Entropic Aura Energize and soul drain become perma and energize gives a nice 59% end redux for 30 secs and with Energy Drain around 16 secs end problems will not be that bad


    for def i wanted it high when in i22 small team incarnate content comes that you can easy go to iTrail soft cap higher max HP i wanted to make Energize regen more usefull. Just my thoughts
