But new toons get access to ALL the costume change tokens available at vet rewards at creation. So they will have as many as a toon that hasn't used any.

From my minor knowledge of SMF you can assign board permissions to groups. Just have the defaut group have restricted permissions and then the Mods can set the permissions for new users to another group so they have global access.

This does mean more work for GR and would depend on how many new users there are each week.

Ahh, no you missunderstand. The Mission teleporter works cross zone so if I am in atlas and my mission is in Crimora I can get there with this instantly.

I have to say this power was worth spending the money on alone. It's been very usefull when you get a team with a mission miles away.

easy, have friends of YOURS team with each member, and verify that they have killed the total number required, and been to the appropriate locations within the rules. Plus a log of the combat window will show how many have been killed and the help window will show that they didn't have external help.

Despite not knowing you I would volunteer for this duty if you want.

Hey, funnily enough I had a blind invite last night, was on my screen before I had even finished loading. Was a little drunk, and in the mood for a laugh and accepted. I was member 2, said hi, then saw more people joining. When we had about 6 members, all asking what we were doing, the leader gave me the star.

I ended up selecting a mission, although being a level 28 in a team of 25s meant it was tough (especially as it was the lady jane mission, which I have yet to complete on a team) so we bailed and did one of the 25's arcs.

The team creator stuck around for most of it, and had managed to find a very good team, although we lost a few but replaced them with some friends of mine. Turned out to be one of the better nights I've had recently, although that could also be down to the rum.

Maybe it's to do with the world being submersed in water and then resurfacing. That much water will surely cause a few rainbows.

On the issue of server mergers, there are no plans to do so at the current time. Should that ever change, you will receive plenty of notice. There are quite large technical hurdles that would need to be resolved before anything of this sort were to occur.
