Well, you can make the effects different colors now...

Whirling hands is one of the few AoE powers that does stun. I believe it's because of that fact, it deals less damage than other PBAoE powers.
-
I have a sneaking suspicion that Going Rogue will cause us to respec before swapping sides. Those with Pain Domination may find themselves with Empathy. Those with Empathy will suddenly have PD. (Also Poison will probably be replaced with something "non-villainous" for those swapping from villainy)
No, I don't believe this with certainy. Just as the devs have said some sets just don't belong on heroside (Posion) or villainside (Empathy), they have also said that powerset respec isn't something they will do. -
A Mastermind can walk through their own pets, but not others' pets. Others cannot walk through your own pets. (This is what I have tested on live servers)
-
I suspect if Masterminds were ever to get Kinetics, it would be a much weaker version than we're accustomed to.
The Corruptor and Controller versions of FS are already reduced in power in i16 (from base 50% + 25% per enemy to base 40% + 20% per enemy). I suspect the MM FS could be as low as base 20% + 10% per enemy. -
Quote:That's not counting the All-Castle base raid the PUAD did.Been done. Castle isn't PVP spec'd, but even so he didn't do THAT badly against Johnny Mercone in the I13 testing phase. I think the final score was 4-1 in his favor. I was expecting worse...
I've a Stalker, a Corruptor and a couple others I PVP with once in a while.
Good times. -
Quote:Do you happen to have the Performance Shifter Proc in Stamina? My own Inv/ Tank will occasionally get her +10 endurance as Unstoppable crashes, keeping my toggles alive.I was playing my SS/Inv brute earlier today on Test and was pleasantly surprised when the Unstoppable crash left me with enough End to keep my toggles up. Checking the info I see it's now saying "drained of almost all health and endurance."
I'd thought it was an I16 change, so I was pleasantly surprised to log into the live servers and see the same description
I'm just curious to when it was changed.
Not that I'm complaining. I was a bit underwhelmed when I hit 38 and tried Unstoppable for the first time, seeing as losing almost all your health AND having your defensive toggles drop at the same time was pretty near a death sentence if you were still in a fight, and far more punishing than the crash of say Elude. -

To Clarify: Do you mean Team Teleport from the Power Pool, or the Vet Power Assemble the Team?
Assemble the Team quite helpful, so long as all have the Teleport prompt up to prevent involuntary tp.
Team Teleport is rather useless. It has a range of 25 feet versus Teleport's 200. Everyone must be nearby (30 radius) or they don't go anywhere. -
Quote:Make sure not to put the Aegis Unique in a click power. The 20% mez resistance takes time to build up, and requires continuous use to do so. It's best to place it in an Auto or Toggle(one you are likely to run all the time).I have two, one in ID and one in my Epic shield (psychic - Defender), as well as an Aegis mez resistance. All three together add up to 30% resistance to most and it makes a difference. Just the one, you might not notice it so best to go for defence. After all what doesn't hit you won't mez ya.
-
A certain change I've noticed: When you hold a foe, they still will get off their attack (and still animate in a block of ice). In the past a hold effect would stop them immediately and halt an attack from occuring (save a DoT from finishing)

Membrane Exposure (Rech & Def/To hit Buff)
Also Cytoskeleton (End Red & Def/To Hit Buff), but most want the recharge of Membrane. -
It's normal for players to share the same Fog of War in a mission. I'm surprised it doesn't reveal for all the moment you use it.

[ QUOTE ]
Is there a list of every power with enhanceable debuff resistance?
[/ QUOTE ]
In Shield Defense?
Battle Agility
Active Defense (with HO/SHO's only, it doesn't take Defense enh normally)
Grant Cover (both DDR and RDR) -
[ QUOTE ]
What enchances RDR? Recharge enhancements?
[/ QUOTE ]
Yes. -
The Uniques have their own listings apart from the other powers/set bonuses.
-
The Numina's says it grants 20% reg, and RT gives 25%. Looking at the numbers, Numina's grants 0.15%/sec and RT 0.10%/sec. Somehow RT is granting less regen than Numina's. Anyone else notice this discrepancy?

Dominator=Controller + Blaster
Dom do Blaster damage now.
[/ QUOTE ]
Now? Yes, thankfully. Before? More defender-ish in damage. -
[ QUOTE ]
Don't know about the others, but I generally ignore stalkers when pondering the melee archetypes because stalkers seem more like blasters to me.
Granted, I haven't played one since the last round of major changes, so that opinion is probably pretty far off now. If it is, maybe I'll try out a MA/NIN after I-16 goes live.

If you look closely, the villain AT's are all a mix of two hero AT's:
Brute = Scrapper + Tank
(More Scrapper level of damage, but Tank sets)
Mastermind = Tank + Controller
(made to be the 'villain tank', higher aggro than the pet-using Controller)
Dominator = Controller + Defender
(The hold side of the controller with some more ranged damage, but not as high as the Blaster)
Corruptor = Blaster + Defender
(Swaps the Defender's Primary/secondaries, and average Blaster/defender damage)
Stalker = Scrapper + Blaster
(Hits hard and fast--melee instead of ranged. Still more defense than a blaster can hope for.)
Edited for clarity -
Yes. You could do Mu Mastery for one build and Soul/Leviathan/Mace Mastery for the other.
-
Respecs only affect the active build.
Soul Mastery fits well with a dark theme. Power Boost works with you Dark powers, and Soul Drain can lead to some hefty damage. -
*shrug*
I'm more interested in the Arcane animations.
