Team Teleport
Unless everyone, and I mean everyone, on the team is ready and prepared for it, don't use it. It's disorienting to a lot of players (myself included if I'm not expecting it). For others, it will lessen their effectiveness, such as cone users.
I'm going to guess you've heard a number of complaints TTPing around. I strongly suggest you stop using it in teams.

Well, there was one case I did use it with people nearby: At the bridge during an ITF, right before lagtastic valley, the leader wanted everyone on the riverbank on the other side. I ran up and brought three people back with me.

To Clarify: Do you mean Team Teleport from the Power Pool, or the Vet Power Assemble the Team?
Assemble the Team quite helpful, so long as all have the Teleport prompt up to prevent involuntary tp.
Team Teleport is rather useless. It has a range of 25 feet versus Teleport's 200. Everyone must be nearby (30 radius) or they don't go anywhere.
The plastic tips at the end of shoelaces are called aglets. Their true purpose is sinister.

No, I hadn't gotten complains yet. I haven't used it in teams unless I was away from everyone. My solo technique has been to use it all the time, and I don't want to start using it on teams unless I'm pretty sure it'll be tolerated.

It was fun on the team I had but it's not for everyone. As Deacon said, make sure your mates knows what is going to happen so they can either adjust or find a different team.

One of my favorite powers I use it to kill teammates and move bodies around.
Recall Friend has that obnoxious interupt time, a longer animation and a prompt for players. Team teleport let's me jump over a body and put it right where I want it in relatively no time at all.
Also, I like to kill teammates.

Its not a good tactic for most Corr, Blaster, Dom, Controllers and defender. But i can see Tankers, Scrappers, Brutes liking it.
Just talk to your team, so some keep a safe distance from you while the other follows in the TP for that awesome alpha that is a Teleported team firing all PBAoE simultaneously!
Expect alot of them team to not want to use it anyway thought.

I found team TP to be one of those powers that I never really used that often. Mostly because of it not meshing with others play styles. That being said there were times where I found it useful. Usually in emergency situations when the team was in serious trouble. Also *very* nice in the shadow shard of course.
I agree with everyones thoughts about not using it on a team with letting them know because it can really irritate people and/or just doesn't gel well with their powers (my Sonic/MM/Electric blaster would hate it as he has 5 cones so needs to positioned properly to be of any use!) as it is a very situational power.
However on a team that is expecting it and/or is built around using it then it can be very effective.
One strategy is with a Kin who Team TPs the team into a mob and then uses Fulcrum straight away. The rest of the team then lets loose with their AoE attacks and mob is gone!

Edit - This startegy was introduced to me by my SG Superleader and I am currently really looking forward to getting my Kin/Arch fender to a high enough lvl as by himself if he Fulcrums and Siphons power he can potentially let loose a Rain of arrows with 700+ damage!
In PvP, base raids especially, it shines a little brighter because of the difference in AI and player reactions. (Humans tend to track things visually and tp disrupts that.) MMs seem to have the best use for it and even then it's considered HIGHLY optional.
One other trivia note for the power is if you slot the +stealth unique, it only grants stealth to the toon with the power, not teammates or pets.
It's not how many times you get knocked down that count. It's how many times you get up.
I have recall friend teleport and that works fine if and when the teammate is ready for tp but team tp has issues if you hear from six of your eight man team and teleport but the last member was on way to get enhancements and now they are pissed and have to travel back lol.
What kind of uses, if any, have you found for it?
Let's say someone on your team has it and likes to use it for almost every spawn. If he really likes the tactic and it makes him a better player, is it acceptable for him to do this on a team? Would you mind at all? Do you ask him to stop or just stay out of his range?
The reason I ask is because, as a bots/traps mastermind, I find it quite useful. Solo, it's incredible because my bots never leave bodyguard range and my FFG never lags behind. Pet control also becomes much easier. I haven't really teamed much with it, so I'm not sure how teammates will take it if I start bouncing from spawn to spawn with it.
