Why would you want any changes on a set that's so strong and pretty?

The buff to ELA was great, but it's still the runt of the litter. ELA was just unbelievably bad before at providing protection.
Thanks all. I heard about some of the ELA changes and I wondered it EA were gettting any. I'm making the push to get my EM/EA brute to 50 and was planning out power choices.
Are there any changes to EA coming in I16. I've been so busy lately its hard to keep up with all these details. I'm lucky that I have time to play the little that I do each week.
