i put a cyto in there instead of a membrane. i already have enough recharge with LoTGs and purps, so i value the end redux from the cyto more than recharge redux from membrane.
...But with high recharge and 3 membranes you can approach SR levels of debuff resistance...

Unless you're perma hasten, No, You don't.
In fact unless you've got over 225% global recharge your AD won't perma double stack.

is that neccessary? i kill stuff so fast i dont think it would matter. those two slots can go to purples or softcapping.

Are other powers with DDR enhanceable or just active defense?

Battle Agility grants DDR.
Also, Grant Cover. While the Defense itself only works on teammates, the DDR and the Recahrge DR effects you (and them). Both the DDR and RDR are enhanceable too.

Can you enhance the defense debuff resistance of Active Defense with an HO? I've seen builds with a Cyto in there, I've seen builds with a Membrane, and I've seen builds with a Ribo. Color me confused. If debuff resistance can be enhanced, what's the proper HO to use there? And if you could, tell me what the combat attributes monitor shows for the HO-enhanced value. The base debuff resistance I'm getting for my lvl 50 brute from Active Defense is 17.30%.
