  5. If there weren't AE missions that can level me to 50 in a couple of hours (Have since been nerfed so dont bother looking for em) I would have quit the game. I'm so sick of running the same arcs, and the same task forces. And I consider myself a decent player since I've played since '04 so don't spew that crap about my idiocy ruining your fun. And if I'm really that bad then don't invite me to your team. (Or just don't run PuGs at all >.>)

  7. Fire/MM can also be decent in pvp. Spammming flares and fire blast will do a hefty amount of damage, and MM isnt too bad because DP is nice if you can get it off, and psi is pretty unresisted. Fire/EM is still way better than MM as a PvP secondary.

    Hey Dahjee, if you love to fly and long-range snipe people, why don't use just use a peacebringer? Better range, and better fly. (And dwarf has inherent teleport which you seem to love as well)

    A willpower tank can be decent because you can fairly easily turn it into a massive bag of HP. While it's not super tough to bring down with a debuffer, it can be troublesome if it's just one or two damage dealers.   13. I've run many MoSTFs and the reason that people don't like them is because they are susceptible to spike damage. If the player accidentally aggros a mob because they aren't paying much attention, or the player gets hit by a slow or something, it's very possible that the player could die before clicking the heal and have it go off in time. Sets like invuln, WP, shield, and SR allow for a larger lapse in the player's attention or whatever. I have a friend who likes to bring his regen on MoSTFs and I don't care whatsoever because I know he is a great player who isn't going to die. But someone I don't know at all? I probably don't want him on a regen. (Unless I have 2 colds on the team which I prefer to do)

    The accuracy on the power is already incredibly high. The base acc mod on the power is 1.4 ("normal" is 1.0). With 2 acc enhancers, you're giving yourself a 2.324 total acc mod. It's rather obvious you don't know how the power operates or what the current values on the power already are, much less that there are actually changes coming that would address your concerns.

    In I17, the power is getting changed to deal slightly more damage per successful tick (roughly 2.225%) but the big difference is that each tick is going to have a 60% chance to deal damage, compared to the 50% that it currently sits at. Based just off of that, you're going to experience roughly 22.67% more damage out of the power on average. You'll also notice fewer cataclysmic misses (if you did, in fact, experience any that weren't just a player issue).

  23. The great thing is, a firekin COMBINED with an elec/shield in tandem probably farms about 3-4 times as quickly as either could on their own because they complement each other so well.

    Eh, your ancillary AoE power should be doing much more dmg than hot feet. But yes, Hot Feet still does a buttload of dmg for an aura. I'd pretty much agree with everything else in that statement though


    By the way, Earth mastery has higher dmg than all the others (yeah fire and ice have higher base dmg but Earth recharges much quicker, and it isnt a cone >.>) so take that epic pool, especially if you slot a Force Feedback proc into fissure, which is GODLY.
  25. What exactly is the issue with farming AE? I've never seen anyone say something other than "it's an exploit". Why do the devs care if I farm it. Maybe if there was new stuff I would play it but to be honest I get a bit sick of sewers-->KR scanners-->Hollows-->Steel scanners-->midnighter arc-->talos scanners-->Striga-->croatoa, etc.
