  1. Yeah, that's with the latest download. Still resets to I16 database.
  2. Every time I start MIDS after the first time, it reverts to the I16 data base.

    This happens whether I have it set to check for updates on start up or not.

    Anyone know how to fix it?
  3. Is the Eagle Claw buff applied if the power starts during the buff, or finishes?

  6. I usually 6 slot my travel powers on my builds that hang out exemplared to 14. I know it's not what you meant, but still.

    This hardly seems like a bug. It's been this way forever.

  10. You only get one Patron, ever. Respeccing will never change that.

    That being said, you never have to choose from your Patron's pool. If you pick Ghost Widow as your Patron, you can take Mu Mastery powers starting at level 41. No respec is required.
  11. Nice to see they never test code changes. One use of Shield Charge would have shown the issue.
  12. So when one exemplars, his or her enhancements are reduced in effectiveness by a certain percentage based on level.

    Is that the character's level or the enhancement's level?

    For example, a level 50 character is slotted entirely with level 15 enhancements. If that character exemplars to level 15, are the enhancements effectiveness unchanged, or did they drop off considerably?

    Are you sure that's how - regen works? By your math, 100% -regen would make things unable to regen; that's not how anything else in the game works.

    I'm pretty sure 37.5% -regen doesn't equal 62.% previously effective regen.

    It would take less work than any other possible solution barring "no solution". It's just two databases. Such things are easily merged.

    Black Markets would continue to take Infamy, Wentworth's would continue to take Influence. That is how they are already coded, so that's zero work.

    It's perplexing that they don't consider this the best solution already.

    Do Crabs put away the Wolf spider gun when they do Crab powers?

    If so, is there a draw time on Crab powers as well?

    I actually maintain stupidly low bids on all kinds of expensive things. Since I can get the bid money back whenever I feel like it, it hardly made sense not to.

    5 seconds out of every 15 with 100% haste still seems good to me. Just use it in an AoE knockdown that has a cooldown+activation of 15 seconds, or try to time it to simulate that.
