I take back most of the disparaging remarks I ever made about playing with the in-game market. It's fun, and along with earning day-job badges, makes me feel like I am still playing the game in the background when I can't actually play for reals.
That is, on villain side anyway. Whoever is dumping uncommon salvage by the bucketloads on blue side and driving down the price, just stop! lol -

How about the Crey building a defensive perimeter around the AE building in the RWZ, much like the the Vanguard have done with their own base?
They could have NPC reps there talking about how they're "doing their part to help Paragon City" both by building in the zone, and helping to defend against Rikti. And Vanguard wouldn't mind, since they want everyone to defeat Rikti... -

I have a level 26 dominator that had been languishing at around 125k inf for the longest time. On a lark, I decided to start flipping salvage with her. Not really play, just log in from time to time and check the Black Market. I started doing that about a week ago.
Now she's at 23 million. I'm like, yay! -

There are sites that collect PayPal horror stories. I'll leave it all of you to Google for them; they aren't that hard to find. As they are not a bank, they're not held to the same accountability. For most people, most of the time, they will never have a problem. But sometimes, it can be quite financially damaging, and you'll never get your money back.
So yeah, Nethergoat is right. I'd never use PayPal exclusively. -
