Lockdown Proc question
Yup, it's a Tesla Cage animation.
I have this proc and the Devastation proc in my elec/dev/elec blaster's Shocking Bolt power, along with three Endoplasm Exposures.
That's probably overkill, but it's fun.
I'm afraid that it is the telsa cage animation, same as the other chance to hold procs.
EDIT: To clarify I posted this back when the original post was about Lockdown

The Gravitational Anchor proc uses the visuals from the Gravity holds; no tesla cage animation, just enemies floating in the air.
I've done my little bit of research, and was considering investing in this 'Gravitational Anchor: Chance for Hold' proc

In an AoE immobilize, it's awesome, and not at all aesthetically cringeworthy.

Nope, it's not, as EarthWyrm reports.

I've done my little bit of research, and was considering investing in this 'Gravitational Anchor: Chance for Hold' proc for my Fortunata's Soul Tentacles. I understand this would give me an edge in battle, but my question is an aesthetic one:
When this proc rolls a hit, is the enemy held in that tesla cage-esque animation, like other hold procs?
If that's how it works, I don't think I could bring myself to slot it. :|

Edit: God I feel stupid. I named the proc I'd just respecced to take out instead of the one I was looking at buying. Thanks for replying anyway, Coyote. Any answers about the proc I actually meant to put down? Gawd, wish I could change the thread title.
