Yeah its definitely and em problem and it is very real. I first noticed it at a hami raid. It also seemed thaw(corr version, never check trollers) had the same issues.

There are plenty of people with good ar toons. They are all better on other stuff. If you have to do it do rad or cold with it and proc everything you can.

They are, it is small but its still there. My blaster goes from hp capped to about 8 under being capped in rv.
Honestly with what they went for in pvp2.0 all toons should just go to their hp cap once the pvp flag is enabled. -

I suggest having a meeting with all the teams represented. Regardless if you can get a majority vote. And having it scheduled ahead of time and actually tell people about it.

It has some -rec as well. Not enough to see what you are seeing though. Probably has went unnoticed because pretty much everyone uses soul mace or mako for a patron. -

The detarget is the good part, the placate is not really that strong as it is.
